The hotel manager Panicos was extremely helpful before we even arrived, sorting out transfers from the airport and during our stay. We were a large group of 30 but that was no issue to the hotel team who served us when needed. Rooms were comfortable, bar was great value, english breakfasts were the perfect start to the day, pool was a bonus, the whole place was clean and tidy, and the staff friendly at all times. Great job Panicos!

Fabulous staff - amazing.

The friendliness of staff in the kitchen /restaurant .the position in limassol(germasogia) was good for local easy access to motorway and restaurants/bars .(few minutes walk).

The position was bad ,and there was no parking nearby ,just room for 4 cars .and the beds were very uncomfortable and didn't seem clean....

It's okey for the room.

It's not in the centre. There was no free wifi in the room.

the breakfast is poor, I prefer A buffet, but for the price it is ok.

The rooms were a bit worn but very clean. The beds were clean and comfy. The bathroom was dated but had a decent shower with plenty of hot water. Free WFI in the lounge. A decent breakfast served by nice staff. A good price for what you pay.

Nothing to dislike for the price we paid.

My wife was taken ill half way through the trip (forcing us to return early) and the hotel re-imbursed me for those nights I'd previously paid for. I liked the lounge/bar area and the food was very good value.

Some parts of the room could have been a bit cleaner, especially in the kitchen area. It was close to the main road which runs along the coast so there was noise from the traffic for about 20 hrs. A day.

Very good value for money. Staff very helpful. Comfortable, clean room with small balcony. Kitchenette facilities a bonus. Location (near sea in a rather tawdry "tourist area") could be a positive or negative depending one one's view. Good pool still open in December.

Any negative points (generally rather tired, poor towels, very basic breakfast) have to be seen in relation to the rate paid, so no complaints. Not the hotel's fault, but because of the area of the hotel and time of year, eating options in the area were limited.

I have stayed many times over a reasonable period of years, both with my husband and on my own and have always found the staff friendly and helpful. Of course it can vary slightly from visit to visit, depending on the other people staying there but I can honestly say I have never experienced a visit I have not enjoyed.

We encountered no problems at all - nice and friendly receptionist, the room was okay even if dated, everything worked, so basically no problems at all. I actually liked the location too, many restaurants and shops around, close to the beach.

Do not expect any luxury here - but it is a pretty good accommodation option considering the price, what people call the good ratio of quality and price here.

Friendly reception staff at check in and helped with taxi booking, sightseeing tips etc. Location is pretty good for the tourist area, with s hort walk to the beach and close to number 30 bus stop to town. We enjoyed the karaoke at the Step Inn pub nearby, plus big sandwiches at Stevos near the Teepee bar. However it is a bit like just being back at home, and not ideal for a sightseeing holiday. Wifi is free in reception area as you´d expect, but does not make it to pool area. The service taxi reserved by hotel arrived a bit early, but waited for us and took the hassle out of going to Pafos.

We stayed in 4 hotels in Cyprus over a 10 day period, and this was average and the most expensive especially as breakfast was not provided. Room a decent size and clean, but had an ant issue! Limassol as a whole seemed a bit run down, and the tourist strip lacked vibrancy. Best places to eat further east just past KFC where you can get a good 3 course meal for about 13 euros. Bus trip to Kourion was a bit of a pain using local transport and maybe not worth the efforrt if you´ve been to Efesus or the like. The shower was actually a mini-bath with a very curved bottom which was rather tricky to use and the curtain didn´t provide full protection. Limassol was my least favourite place in Cyprus, but if you really want to go there, then this place will suffice and although expensive for Cyprus, it is reasonably priced for Limassol. Yet another reason to avoid this city!! (Pafos overwhelmingly gets the holiday vote…)

Superb reception staff. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and spoke very good English. Well located.

The only negative would be the cooking facilities.

Everything!!! Staff was great, they are so friendly and kind, helping in every situation. They gave us very nice room as it was our honeymoon. Compering to other hotels in Cyprus it was much more cheaper and value for money was excellent. Manager Panicos was so kind, always with smile and ready to help us with everything. Next time we will go to Estella for sure.

Bathroom and room really need updating.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, value price/quality perfect. The location is absolutely perfect, in the tourist area and 5 mins walking from the very nice beaches. It will be definitely my hotel in Limassol.

The thing I loved most was the pool and the pool side bar. The staff around there are magnificent and they serve by far the best drinks I've had in a while. The place is safe and is at a magnificent location in tourist area. The food at the bar is also incredibly good and even if I don't stay there again I will definitely be at the bar and pool when I'm in Limassol.

One thing I disliked was the fact that the a/c in one of the two rooms we rented wasn't cool, the room was constantly humid or hot and the staff didn't do anything about it. They came to check it out and to them it seemed fine, however it certainly was not. Internet isn't free in the rooms but is free in the lobby, costs 3 Euros a day.

This hotel is very reasonably priced and based on this price we overlooked how basic the hotel is. Staff friendly, room cleaned every day except Sunday. Great location, great price.

Very basic but based on the price this is to be expected.
