Friendly atmosphere clean& comfortable lovely setting

A bit dated to call it a 4 star could do with updating especially the television & Internet . This is the 21st century. A bit expensive.

Good atmosphere, very nice staff. The hotel was renewed and it looks very good.

Room was old and outdated. Entire room needs a paint job. The entire hotel needs to be updated. Would not stay there again.

Very friendly staff and management. The proprietors were personally involved at all levels making sure that the guest were given good service Lovely location. Peaceful and tranquil.

Good location, service and informed staff.

No specific adult locations (rooms) where quieter passtimes could be enjoyed without the presencve of young and boisterous children. No effort was made by managers or waiting staff to prevent young children from running around eating and relaxing areas. Meals were spoiled by this distraction.

It needs an immediate renovation. It used to be a very good hotel but it needs to be updated. Also there is no wireless internet is this possible ?

Nice view, quiet away from traffic and pollution. Clean atmospher. Feeling comfortable without getting hot. It was in general nice and cool. The food was great.

Sometimes the service was slow in the restaurants.

The location and the garden restaurant food and ambience. Service was also very good.

Not that I didnt like something,but My wish to you and request is: Lower your prices in future , to get clients, as now with the financial crisis people will look for cheaper...!

It is a family run hotel located in Platres pine forest. The Pool is well serviced ,surrounded by a nice bar...Breakfast is quite satisfactory and service is good enough. Relaxing atmosphere in general. I like this hotel.

Rooms in the old building bloc need refurbishing ,specially netting balcony doors and windows to avoid mosquitoes invasion ! Total make-up required to deserve its 4 stars. Kids can be very disturbing in the terrace garden when not behaved nor supervised by their parents - There is no playground for children.

Live music on Saturday night was excellent!

The location is excellent. You can spend hours in the yard, very cool and fresh, hearing the birds singing

No Wi-Fi free access. the rooms need renovation definately the snacks menu at the swimming pool has to be enriched and upgrated

I thoroughly enjoyed the old world style of the hotel, felt like I had walked into the elegance of classic movie. The pool and surrounding grounds were gorgeous.

The restaurant offerings and service could be improved.

We love this hotel . yes it is stuck in a 60's time warp , but thats whats so nice about the place .the location is beautiful, the service excellant and the swimming pool in a perfect location. The personal attention from the owner who is always around is an added touch too.

One of the rare 'Old time' luxury hotels. We first stayed there in the 1960'S. Time has not spoilt the atmosphere. We were made so welcome by the owners. The staff were so attentive and helpful.

Pollen dropping from the trees on to my car!!!

It had a 1950s charm. Sometimes older hotels can be very faded but the Forest Park had been well maintained. I did not try the restaurant in the evening since it was just a 15 minute walk into the village.

Excellent cadre, piscine très agréable. Service chic à l anglaise, petit déjeuner copieux dans une jolie terrasse. Côté vintage. Grand parking ombrage et privatif. à recommander!

πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση, πολύ καλό πρωινό και το μεσημεριανό που πήραμε ήταν επίσης πολύ καλό με πολύ ποικιλία. το δωμάτιό μας ήταν άνετο και επειδή χρειαζόμασταν δύο παιδικά πάρκα, τα είχαν έτοιμα στρωμένα στο δωμάτιο,

δεν μου άρεσε καθόλου το υποτιθέμενο δωμάτιο παιχνιδιών στο 2ο όροφο. αφημένο εντελώς, δεν υπάρχει τίποτα που να ικανοποιήσει τα μικρά παιδιά. κάτι που να θυμίζει ότι είναι παιδικό δωμάτιο. μυρίζει κλεισούρα και εκείνο το χαλί φαντάζομαι πόσα μικρόβια έχει για τα παιδικά ποδαράκια. θα μπορούσαν βγάλουν το χαλί και να βάλουν ειδικά πατάκια για παιδιά που δεν μαζεύουν και σκόνη όπως το χαλί και όταν πατάς, νομίζεις ότι πατάς σε πλαστικό αλλά είναι κάτι σαν σκληρό φελιζόλ. Επίσης υπάρχουν έτοιμες σκηνές από παραμύθια που μπορούν να κολληθούν στους τοίχους και να μπει και κληματισμός και να μπορούν να ανοιχτούν και τα παράθυρα για να μπαίνει και καθαρός αέρας. Και τέλος πολύ σημαντικό, είναι να βάλουν καινούργια παιχνίδια, όπως ψεύτικο σπιτάκι που μπαίνουν τα παιδιά, τραπεζάκια για επιτραπέζια παιδικά παιχνίδια, λέγγο, ξυλάκια κ.α
