Pleasant staff at check-in. Being by the sea; fluffy towels; dressing gown and slippers; decent TV; tea and coffee-making facilities; spa facilities The food was more than disappointing. |

It doesn't look as 5* hotel. I rate it as 4* hotel but it's the only rated 5* hotel in larnaca, so there is no other choice. |

The atmosphere is nice ... relaxing! Its a nice hotel. However I think it's more like a 4 star hotel rather than a 5 star hotel. I've seen nicer 5 star hotels |

Excellent service and very high quality of food. The only problem of this hotel is location: extremely far from all.That's an excellent hotel but if you don't have a car or a motorbike, be aware that you have to wait for a taxi (outside the hotel is nobody's land). |

Staff were very helpful especially since my booking was lost and they had to find me a room at 5 A.M. when I arrived and was suffering a sense of humour failure, nfortunately the reversing truck alarms at 7.30 A.M. didn't help my frame of mind. Hotel is generally "tired", carpeting to the rooms was very dirty, and some time since the rooms were refurbished. |

Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ καλό όπως και το προσωπικό εξαιρετικό.Δυστυχώς δεν μπόρεσα να απολαύσω τις υπόλοιπες παροχές λόγω επαγγελματικών υποχρεώσεων.Έμεινα σ΄ένα ανακαινισμένο δωμάτιο με πολύ καλή αισθητική σε σχέση με εκείνο που είχα μείνει τον Μάρτιο. Σ' ένα πεντάστερο ξενοδοχείο περιμένεις κάποια πράγματα ως δεδομένα.Όπως τι προσφέρει το μπάνιο,το μενού στο δωμάτιο δεν είναι απλά γραμμένο σε Α4 κόλλες και στο πρωινό δεν υπήρχε κάτι για να βάλεις πχ το μέλι, την μαρμελάδα κλπ. Ξέρουμε ότι πάντα οι λεπτομέρειες κάνουν την διαφορά στην παροχή υπηρεσιών όταν έχεις σαν βάση ένα πολύ καλό προσωπικό!!! |

Het hotelpersoneel was behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De ligging direct aan het strand. We hadden een luxe appartement geboekt, maar interieur was oud en niet bepaald luxe. Kleine insecten in bed. Ontbijt elke dag hetzelfde en van matige kwaliteit. Zeer slechte prijs kwaliteit verhouding. |

Chambres calmes . Beaux espaces intérieurs. Design épuré. Le bar de la piscine est agréable. Le service hôtelier assez catastrophique non digne d'un 5 étoiles (pas de portier ni de porteur à 22h30, personne pour m'accompagner à la chambre..). Certaines installations défaillantes (douche, réfrigérateur). Cuisine très moyenne au restaurant Thalassa. |
