Golden Bay Beach Hotel  

Me ha encantado, el personal de recepción super amable y el hotel maravilloso

Excellent staff, location ok, good distance to sea, sand, quiet.

But: not enough cleaning, no electric bulbs in rooms (absent many), air conditioning is leaking (a lot of water from ac to floor, humidity so on), old and not reconditioned furniture, windows not working properly. Many of facilities presented on the web site are not real: vine, fruits, sweets in apartments. Prices at to high compared with other locations in Larnaca or Turkey (one bottle of sparkling water 75 cl in 9 euro so on). Finally definitely not 5 stars.

the staff was very corteus and ready to go the extra mile to acommodate the needs of the customer. it was my wife birthday and she got cake, sparlkling wine and a nice card right after arrival. we got an upgrade to sea front view and got a late check out since o0ur flight was in the early evening. The hotel knows how to pamper its guest and make them feel comfortable and welcome

the a la carte food of the yacht club restaurant was definitely not good. Conversely the one at the pool lounge was fine.

After check-in hotel blocked significant sum on a credit card (1,5 more than fee for the booked room). But after check-out hotel again charged room fee. Only after several complaints (it took 2 weeks) bank returned blocked money back. Be careful, hotel staff behavior is typical example of "Cyprus service".-(( It was my last visit to swindlers from Golden Bay...

The rooms of this hotel were all with the maximum area of 30 square meter actually accomodated with 1 double beds for 2 persons & there were no space in the room for 4 persons because all the room was occupied by the beds also the extera beds( 2 in room) were very low and were safari ones with a very bad quality which were not suitible even for children!!! I am not satisfied with rooms of this hotel at all !!!!

The spa is very poor and tv in the room does not have many channels also no paid movies

The personnel is very kind and professional.

Two hours walk from the city. It is meant for summer time.

Comfort, casual luxury, cleamliness, and wonderful staff

Nice, relaxing atmosphere, good service, friendly staff and beautiful views of the garden and sea.

Very often in the morning there is no cold water and the designe of the bathroom facility is quite inconvenient.

I did not like the rooms and they are not showing like on the pictures on your site.

Had a great time at this Hotel, the whole experience felt very luxurious and staff were very helpful. Only wish we had stayed there longer!
