Chambres calmes . Beaux espaces intérieurs. Design épuré. Le bar de la piscine est agréable. Le service hôtelier assez catastrophique non digne d'un 5 étoiles (pas de portier ni de porteur à 22h30, personne pour m'accompagner à la chambre..). Certaines installations défaillantes (douche, réfrigérateur). Cuisine très moyenne au restaurant Thalassa. |

Situation géographique, bord de mer et en dehors du centre ville. Personnel dévoué, qualité du service (accueil, restaurant, piscine...). |

Près de l'aeroport Salle de sport hors d'age et mal équipée. Plage très laide coincée entre un port industriel et une centrale électrique! Trop glamour!! Paumé au milieu d'une zone touristique trés moche. Evitez le coin. |

Second time I have stayed at the hotel. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Beautiful beach side location. Excellent and plentifull breakfast. Hotel is not full of rowdy children which can sometimes be the case at beach hotels. Ants in bathroom. Not a major problem but could easily be resolved. |

Relaxing, near the beach with good and clean swimming pools and water sports. Food was disgraceful and expensive. I had to return my lunch one day, I don't think a proper chef cooked it. the staff were miserable and when I book a double room in a 5 star hotel, I don't expect two single beds with a double mattress on it!!! |

Not much but the house keeping service was prompt. Reception staff not welcoming and some too young to be professional. The food was extremely tasteless, even the fruit. |

Pleasant staff at check-in. Being by the sea; fluffy towels; dressing gown and slippers; decent TV; tea and coffee-making facilities; spa facilities The food was more than disappointing. |

It doesn't look as 5* hotel. I rate it as 4* hotel but it's the only rated 5* hotel in larnaca, so there is no other choice. |

το προσωπικο ηταν αριστο στην εξυπηρετηση και στην φιλοξενια. το μαster suite ηταν υπεροχο. οι υπολοιπεσ εγκαταστασεισ ομωσ πιστευω οτι χρειαζονται να ανακαινισθουν και να δωσουν στο ξενοδοχειο μια συγχρονη και μοντερνα εικονα του 2010. |

Καθαριότητα δωματίου και εξαιρετικά ευγενικό προσωπικό. Εξαιρετικά ακριβή η σύνδεση wi fi με το διαδίκτυο. Θορυβώδης η πλευρά των δωματίων προς την πισίνα, καθώς οργανώνονται στο σαββατοκύριακο receptions γάμων, πράγμα που είναι ενοχλητικό για τους διαμένοντες. Επιπλέον, αν και το πρωινό πληρούσε τα standards των λοιπών ευρωπαϊκών ξενοδοχείων, στα οποία έχω κατά καιρούς διαμείνει, παρατήρησα ότι τα τραπέζια των εξωτερικών βεραντών δεν πληρούσαν τα standards καθαριότητας (στο δικό μου τραπέζι υπήρχαν στάχτες ακόμα και στα μαχαιροπήρουνα και, ακόμα και μετά το σερβίρισμα του καφέ από τον υπάλληλο, το τραπέζι μου δεν καθαρίστηκε). Τέλος, για πρώτη φορά πλήρωσα ως εγγύηση (πλέον του ποσού για τη διαμονή μου) ποσό 150 €υρώ για το μίνι μπαρ, κάτι που θεωρώ ότι δεν ταιριάζει στο επίπεδο του ξενοδοχείου |
