Situat în Cipru lângă Golful Larnaca, Hotelul Golden Bay Beach se află la 100 de metri de plajă. Are o piscină mare în aer liber cu terasă cu şezlonguri şi parcare privată. Golden Bay oferă camere şi suite spaţioase cu balcon şi vedere la Marea Mediterană. Fiecare cameră are aer condiţionat şi este dotată cu TV prin satelit şi minibar. Hotelul Golden Bay Beach oferă mai multe opţiuni de luat masa. Oaspeţii vor putea să înoate până la barul de la piscină pentru a comanda o băutură reconfortantă sau să viziteze pubul englezesc. Hotelul este înconjurat de grădini amenajate. Oaspeţii se pot bucura de un masaj relaxant sau de un tratament cosmetic la spa. Hotelul Golden Bay are şi o sală de jocuri, un teren de joacă şi oferă servicii de îngrijire a copiilor. Aeroportul Internaţional din Larnaca se află la 13 km de Hotelul Golden Bay. Centrul oraşului Larnaca se găseşte la 15 minute cu maşina. Camerele Hotelului: 193, Lanţ hotelier: Lordos Hotels Holdings.

The hotel is about a 15 min drive from the airport and is about 15 mins away from downtown Larnaca. It is right on the beach along with 2 other hotels and has the usual swmmming pool / bar and restaurants. The cab ride cost 30 euros but there is a bus (runs every 30 mins) that takes you to downtown Larnaca for just 1 euro. There are a couple of good restuarants across the road from the hotel (I would recommend the Japanese one - Sakura - they even offer free internet) and there is a bank and convenience stores and car rentals. I was in Cyprus during the off-season so getting anywhere was a breeze. The rooms are rather plain and breakfast is nothing special - however I was upgraded to a suite with a nice view of the ocean. The beach itself is small and somewhat dirty (not the fault of the hotel - just the stuff that gets washed up by the sea). The hotel should include the internet in the price of the room - the rooms themselves need to be upgraded with better furniture and the number of channels needs to be increased from the current 12 channels that are offered.

Excellent staff, location ok, good distance to sea, sand, quiet. But: not enough cleaning, no electric bulbs in rooms (absent many), air conditioning is leaking (a lot of water from ac to floor, humidity so on), old and not reconditioned furniture, windows not working properly. Many of facilities presented on the web site are not real: vine, fruits, sweets in apartments. Prices at to high compared with other locations in Larnaca or Turkey (one bottle of sparkling water 75 cl in 9 euro so on). Finally definitely not 5 stars.

the staff was very corteus and ready to go the extra mile to acommodate the needs of the customer. it was my wife birthday and she got cake, sparlkling wine and a nice card right after arrival. we got an upgrade to sea front view and got a late check out since o0ur flight was in the early evening. The hotel knows how to pamper its guest and make them feel comfortable and welcome the a la carte food of the yacht club restaurant was definitely not good. Conversely the one at the pool lounge was fine.

After check-in hotel blocked significant sum on a credit card (1,5 more than fee for the booked room). But after check-out hotel again charged room fee. Only after several complaints (it took 2 weeks) bank returned blocked money back. Be careful, hotel staff behavior is typical example of "Cyprus service".-(( It was my last visit to swindlers from Golden Bay...

The rooms of this hotel were all with the maximum area of 30 square meter actually accomodated with 1 double beds for 2 persons & there were no space in the room for 4 persons because all the room was occupied by the beds also the extera beds( 2 in room) were very low and were safari ones with a very bad quality which were not suitible even for children!!! I am not satisfied with rooms of this hotel at all !!!!

Clean and nice location , not far from the city . No free Wii fi in the hotel , only you have to pay to get the wi fi in your room. Even when paying , you can onlt access interent using one device ( I.e if you connect from your iphone you can not connect from your laptop )

We shall never go back! The breakfast was so poor,we had a dinner-never do it! The quality of the food- in a five star hotel's restaurant-was similar as a fastfood restaurant! Basicly this hotel is a correct 3.5 stars accomodation.

Nice, relaxing atmosphere, good service, friendly staff and beautiful views of the garden and sea. Very often in the morning there is no cold water and the designe of the bathroom facility is quite inconvenient.
