The pool was nice but had no service to speak of. The hotel room was too sunny and hot; curtains fit poorly and they are white. Not a good place for the late night person. The hotel had automated do not disturb next to a light switch so my room was not cleaned for several days. I called for towels and no one showed, I had to call numerous times. |

Staff very helpful and always willing to help Spa out of order, steam room out of order, looking to have ice cream at 10 o clock in the evening at onre of the bars, I was asked to go back to my room and order from room service. After the intervention of the manager they served us icecream at the bar |

It was close to the beach. Hotel was listed as a 5 star but was really a three star with a paint job. Hotel was old, run down and overpriced. |

The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was beautiful and the location on the beach front was spectacular. The floor covering in the room was very shabby - didn't give a good impression when you walked in. |

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful. The hotel is well situated being in a quiet place but very close to the centre of Ayia Napa and located on a nice beach. The hotel has a lovely pool in nice surroundings. Some facilities were not operational during the period I was there (March). |

The Grecian Bay has all the facilities you could need for a nice holiday, in a very good location. The food is one of the restaurants was of a very low standard and there was drilling outside our bedroom early in the morning which was really loud and annoying! |

Det fanns människor som gav katterna mat, både turister och personal och andra. Jag blir mycket upprörd över alla katter som fanns på närliggande stängda hotell, bland annat samma gata som detta hotell, vid Mc Donalds och vid ett hotell längs med strandpromenaden mot norr, cirka 4 km (finns en murad väg att gå på och där den tar slut finns ett hotellkomplex). Det skulle gynna katterna och hundarna, turister och cyprioter att ta hand om djuren. Fler skulle komma tillbaka. |

Die wunderschöne Lage mit dem schönen Sandstrand. Das Hotel wirkt jetzt etwas abgewohnt (schwergängige Balkon-Schiebetüre - das Zimmermädchen konnte diese nur mit meiner Hilfe öffnen, Bad-Tür schwer zu öffnen, ein Stück der Marmor-Sesselleiste war abgefallen). |

Palvelut ja mukavuudet erittäin hyvät. Varaukseni ja huone jonka sain ei vastannut tilausta. Minulle oli vahvistettu tilaus täyden merinäköalan huoneesta mutta hotellissa sanottiin Booking Comin tehneen virheen .Hotellilla ei ollut tarjota kuin osittaisen merinäköalan huone.I was disappointed. |
