The location of the hotel is very convieniet but I would say the best is the beach area , with the soft white sands , shaded areas as well as the pool area and outside bar facilities . The room was also refreshing with the pure white decor . wonderful.

Sand beach, first line location In my room: tv didn't work, old furniture and other staff. The cost of it doesn't match this price. And, of course, this hotel doesn't match 5* level at all.

Staff works very hard and is very efficient Breakfast is very tasty Beds are comfortable and rooms very clean No mosquitoes and/or bugs in the room. Balcony is very nice and spacious. View from our room was not much but it was comfortable balcony. Blinds are electric powered and work nice air con works all right. This is overpriced and not really 5 star hotel Experienced travelers know this already. Europe has problem with hotel star standard system. Whatever is Euro 4 or 5 star hotel, in the us, Thailand, Singapore, Dubai, etc would not get more than 2 or at best 3 star standard! This hotel is probably just a strong 3 star! Many times devil is in the details but that alone is not always enough and here it is why: - Hotel sign on the very entrance is missing a letter?! Actually, light bulb under letter "A" is out! So in the evening what you see is: Greci--n Bay Hotel). We've been there 8 days (July 4-11) And the manager haven't seen that the light is out all that time?! So you call yourself a 5 star! Please! - One evening I've seen a rat right in front of the main entrance?! And there are so many beautiful Cyprus cats all around island. But none of them unfortunately in front of your hotel. Cyprus cats are cute and gracious. They could be your mascot instead, you chased all the cats... What you got in return are free roaming rats right there in front of your 5 star sign!!! Just around a corner I have seen gorgeous cute healthy but hungry cat... She was passerby's pet ... we fed her and petted her. But she was sitting in front of closed down hotel (right around your corner -next to mezetasland restaurant). - Breakfast timing terror. It starts 7:15am and ends 10:00am sharp. We had to race everyday to get down to breakfast room before it closes... You sell your rooms (starting 180 Euro to few thousand Euros per night!!!!). - To recharge our cell phones, computers etc. we needed a plug converter... we asked for one at the front desk, they wanted 2.9 Euro deposit?! If you think that your 5 star guests would steal your 30c plug converter, then you are really not a 5 star hotel! - you don't have iron in the room! - you don't have a wine opener in the room! - your hair-dryer is "nailed" inside the drawer in the room. So we must use it only there?!...

The only think that was wrong it was the toilet. That is why I put excellent to everything else and poor in ''Cleanliness of your room''. The room was crystal clear ,but the toilet was saying that has been cleaned but it was dirty. Thats unaceptuble and ruins the image of a perfect hotel

The beach was very nice good quality sun loungers nice pool, spa staff well qualified and delivered good treatments We paid for full sea view when we got to our room on the 1st floor all we could see was trees when we complained they claimed they would "upgrade" us when they gave us a 4th floor room with sea view when this iswhat we were paying for, staff wernt prepareed to do anything such as when we wanted to attend to our buisness emails for half hour and 10 year old children were on facebook half the day and hotel staff wouldnt ask them to get off for us and other small things like this

The location was very nice sitting right on the water in Agia Napa. Nice pools, too, although they seemed a bit dirty (we were there early in the season). General outdoors atmosphere was pleasant. The staff did not seem well organized, and they lacked attention to detail. We had a reservation but they didn't seem to be expecting us.

Excellent location and nice view on the sea side... The reception desk people must be smiling and kinder... and more available. These guys from Grecian Bay reception were narrow and always busy with their affairs, men and women...

The beach and pool area is very nice. The hotel floors had a very musty and old smell to it. And in some corridors you feel more like in a 3 star motel. The hotel is only 5 stars in some areas and not in all in my opinion: this is more of a 4 star hotel. There is nothing to specifically complain about it however did not meet my expectations.

Was very easy to relax and feel comfortable at the hotel. There is a nice mix of available food styles to suit your mood and a fantastic sea side bar service. I paid extra to get a sea side view but bought a side sea view... Make sure you read better then me :) I would have expected at a 5 star hotel to have free wifi or internet service but there was only a pay to use service. Only negative I can think of..

Incredibly expensive at 180euro for inland view per night....NO Iron in room???? The hair salon works few hours a day only....you have to go to a small dirty room to iron your own clothes. Reception refuse to send the toothpaste tube we forgot to bring to our room.. This just doesnt feel like a 5star hotel...at best 4star. More realistically, 3.5star . We felt let down

The services were very good! Rooms need to be refurbished. At the back side of the hotel there was a giant a/c compressor making a lot of noise day and night. The windows were not double glazed.

Great location The German reception needs to go on a friendliness course and having to wait 3 hours for my room to be prepared was not great. The TV system shows the usual free to view channels, it would have been good to have a menu/on demand system.

The outdoor pool and indoor spa were great. The private beach bed area was located near the least crowded section of that beach strip which also happens to be the cleanest. I can see how luxury and extremely picky travelers might be disappointed with door finishes, corners and other minor details which are not fixed in all cases. However, who goes to such a location to look at doors? All the things that matter were just fine.

Beach, pool. Very relaxing. Since there is no place for complaints I will use this. I reserved a sea view room and got. A first floor room roomwith only trees visible. This dide not justify the extra cost of thr room
