Location on beach is excellent. Prices for the room out of seasons are good. Local prices announced at the Reception were cheaper then Booking.com tarifs.Reception staff is friendly. Swimmingpool, gym, sauna are very good.Overall good choice if you do not pay too much Breakfast is rather poor with staff unfriendly and unefficient. Generally most of equipement, facilities, and rooms are outdated and need to be upgraded. Television set is poor. Euronews broadcasted in Russian does not make any sense .... |

Booked because Alion hotel not available and needed to be in the area! Quality of food and general cleanliness of hotel was very poor. Hotel was very tired looking and smoking clients in reception area was very off putting! |

Relaxed atmosphere and quieter location. Coffee bar was really nice and the young waitress very attentive and always seemed to be on duty. Piano player could do with some practice. The room was certainly not five star although clean reasonably sized. One thing that would really be useful in the room would be tea and coffee making facilities and possibly a free bottle of mineral water, little touches like this would certainly helpful. |

I liked the swimming in the sea and senery around. I didn't like the clean service. My room haven't been cleaned as it suppost to be. It was full of ants all the time although I told the staff about.I also didn't find the hotel similar to five star hotels, it is in fact a four star hotel. |

The view and the location of hotel There bedding facilities such as the duvet covers and was not suitable for a double bed. We had two single duvet covers on the double bed. It was not at all acceptable. The sheets were too small for the bed. Not at all what I would expect from a five star resort as far as room comfort goes |

Its a beach lovers location! Lack of atmosphere during evening. Even though there was entertainment of an evening there was nobody in the bar areas to enjoy it. After speaking to other clients in the hotel, they would simply say they were not prepared to pay the expensive bar prices that were a total rip off. The hotel seriously need to look at this to make the evening entertainment programme work. But this is the only negative about the hotel. |

We visited the Grecian Bay Sept 09 and loved the hotel and its location. Being so close to the private beach was a real bonus.There was also a large and spacious pool area with gardens with various outdoor pool bars ans restaurants overlooking the sea.The rooms were really clean with a modern decor. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. |

The location of the hotel Arrangements fo reservation of the beach was too much complicated & unexplained properly by the staff. The receptionist are very poor for proper explanation in a warmy style, giving answers as very short statements & sometimes in a wrong way. |

It has a very chilled out, friendly and relaxed atmosphere. I liked the fact you don't have to dress up while in the hotel...you can go from your room to the pool or beach and back in your swimmers!! It's a nice easy walk to the night life and restaurants of Ayia Napa. The beach is great. Although its beautifully clean and the rooms are bright, breezy and well appointed, it's quite an and old hotel and shows it's age in some areas. It's not 5 star compared to international stantard but charges as such. |

i didnt like the reservation system they have for the pool and beach beds , it is very unfair and not realistic , that someone get a reservation for good spot on the pool or beach for the length of their stay . it shoudl be if you wake up early yuo get the best. |

Staff were very nice & helpful + the pool + beach were very good. Food, a bit expensive. Air conditioning too noisy + they close the breakfast buffet too early + unlike other 5 stars hotels, they don't have free coffee & tea in the rooms. |

the beach and the sea. cleaning the room more efficient (there were ants and bugs in the bathroom) and changing the air-conditioning system -in my room (110) I felt daily smell from the kitchen |

The pool was nice but had no service to speak of. The hotel room was too sunny and hot; curtains fit poorly and they are white. Not a good place for the late night person. The hotel had automated do not disturb next to a light switch so my room was not cleaned for several days. I called for towels and no one showed, I had to call numerous times. |

Staff very helpful and always willing to help Spa out of order, steam room out of order, looking to have ice cream at 10 o clock in the evening at onre of the bars, I was asked to go back to my room and order from room service. After the intervention of the manager they served us icecream at the bar |

It was close to the beach. Hotel was listed as a 5 star but was really a three star with a paint job. Hotel was old, run down and overpriced. |

The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was beautiful and the location on the beach front was spectacular. The floor covering in the room was very shabby - didn't give a good impression when you walked in. |

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful. The hotel is well situated being in a quiet place but very close to the centre of Ayia Napa and located on a nice beach. The hotel has a lovely pool in nice surroundings. Some facilities were not operational during the period I was there (March). |
