Their Japanse restaurant The modern design of the pool area and the cliff bar

Rooms could do with updating Build on a cliff and access to the beach is difficult 200 m down stairs. The non-cypriot staff were friendly but totally disorganised and untrained and far busier talking to each other that paying attention to the hotel clients. The bars and nightclub are popular with the locals, visitors. The facilities particularly the general restaurant in the evening make this only a 3 star hotel !

The hotel was fantastic. Very friendly staff, they helped us with everything we needed. They were also giving us iced towels in the pool. Luxurious breakfast, amazing pool and location. The spa and fitness centre are worth to try!

The building needs some refurbishment I think as it looks a bit old E.G. lifts

Very poor service, dirty common rooms, awful breakfast

First room we got had a broken shower head, not suitable for 5 star hotel charging so much.

There is no dressing-gown in a room, breakfast is not so various

the hotel is good for relaxation a way from the city disturbance. its located at the first entry of ayia napa. for those who like to be a way from the down town then its suitable for them.

Its too far. you need a taxi to go which approxmatily 20 Minutes from the downtown.

It was two persons I liked in this hotel. One receptionist name Nataly and one waiter Antonis, the staff in japanese restaurant is very good.

Many things I did not like. It is not a 5 star hotel.

The only good think was the pool.

The hotel is way overpriced for what it has to offer. The room was smelly and dirty and the bathroom extremely small. I would not recommend it. There are much nicer hotels in cyprus in that price range.

Position of the hotel just up the Konnos beach, a small but beautiful beach in Cyprus

The room (at the 5th floor) was very noisy (an engine inside the hotel caused the noise during all the night). It's awful that a five star hotel has so noisy rooms (the noise was in the all 5th floor)The lightening in the halls from the reception and dining room was very very low. The restaurant was poor in choice

Номера требуют ремонта.
