I am a very difficult reviewer, however this is the first time I am willing to describe everything with the word 'Great'. The Hotel offers great facilities, very clean and confortable, in a great location. The pool is fabulous, so is the inside pool with warmer water and jacuzzi, and the views they are offering are just amazing. The hotel's staff was great and very helpful. We have requested a late check-out which they immediately offered at no extra cost. Really enjoyed the gym, and was incredible happy that they had a table tennis and a pools table just outside the gym - that kept my kid busy while I was exercising. The Gym is extremely clean and nicely equipped, and I personally saw that they are cleaning and disinfecting each machine after each customer's use. The breakfast was just fabulous, and although we didn't take a morning champagne which was offered, they got a credit for that. Also, the selection of coffies completely won me, since you can choose anything from mocha to double espresso. Summarising, the hotel gets a strong A. We had a fabulous weekend rest there. No reservations.

The Piano player would buy her cd if it were on sale. A very good interpetation of current and classical arrangements. The Spa massage lady who was warm and kind released a trapped nerve in my back.

The Jacuzzi could do with a bannister to stop you from slipping as you step in or out of the water. I slipped and had a bruise on my shin because of the lack of support. The Spa could proberly benefit by having a Jacuzzi for the large proportion of customers who have wheel chairs and sticks and have problems walking . They have come for the spa facilities only to find them inaccessible or the water too cold for the babies or people with angina to swim in the inside pool. Some people have commented to me about this. If people pay by cash a receipt must be given . When first arrived my Husband had just arrived, signed before he knew for a meal ( that you dont sign and pay cash, he thought it was a check up that he was staying ) and paid cash as well later to be charged again, because he did not have a receipt . 97.50 is a lot to pay twice. The bar staff think he may have paid a stranger the cash.

The rooms were comfortable and clean you could tell the hotel had been recently renovated. The food in the Umi Japanese and sushi bar was deliscious. The cliff top bar is the perfect setting with excellent views overlooking the sea and the cocktails were lovely. The pool area is very nice with comfortable sunbeds and nice views. All in all we wanted a hotel where we could go on a girls weekend break away in somewhere where we didn't need to leave the hotel in the evening and we were extremely happy with the facilities in that aspect.

The staff were very disappointing and they were definitely lacking personal skills. We were rushed in the check in process although they were friendly the atmosphere was very tense. The waitress who welcomed us in the UMI Japanese restaurant made us feel uncomfortable when we said we hadn't made a reservation and acted with a condescending manner, she was very unfriendly. The rest of the staff in the restaurant however were very pleasant it was just a shame to be greeted in such a negative manner. The staff at the breakfast however were the most dissapointing as we had to wait 30 mins for a cup of tea as they kept bringing us more pots of coffee instead despite us being very clear about our order 4/5 times and us already having a pot of coffee on the table! All in all the service was 2star definitely not 5!

I stayed there when it first opened and was a lovely plush hotel, now looks like a budget holiday destination. Standards have fallen. I paid full price for my stay and obvious that others had got a budget deal. I felt like a mug spending 330 euros for two nights when others probably paid that for a week. Never again unless I was give a good discount.

This is definitely not a 5-star hotel. 4+ and no more. They even do not have toothbrushes for guests. Quite old furniture.
