Tranquillité ,simplicité ,liberté . Petit balcon avec une belle vue sur la méditerranée ,bel espace dans l'appartement . Bonne literie et propreté de l'établissement .

Cuisine trés mal et trop peu équipée ,tant au niveau des appareils de cuissons que des services et plats . Wifi très lent et uniquement captable que depuis la réception . Dérangés trop tôt par le personnel de service .Une pancarte "ne pas deranger " serait nécessaire ..

Everything was perfect, staff very friendly and helpful, clean rooms, well served by bus, apartment with double air-con and balcony,swimming pool, ping pong, billiard, immerse in the green and close to one very nice beach coral bay.

The tiny beaches, reachable in a couple of minutes. The staff, which was friendly enough. The great greek salad.

Wi-fi connection was advertised as available in all areas, but was spotty at best and only in the reception area.

With a group of 4 we shared a one bedroom apartment in the second week of April. It was spacious and most importantly clean. The bathroom was recently renovated so it was still new. Kitchen was fully equipped. Housekeeping came every day. Pool was nice and had plenty of sun beds but it wasn't busy when we were there anyway. There's no sandy beach as we know & want but a rocky one with some sand. But the pool is nice enough and Coral Bay (where the real beach is) is not far. They have a fitness room, a jacuzzi & a sauna but didn't use them so can't judge, looked alright though. The reception were very friendly people. Very helpful when we needed to find a doctor for our friend. Breakfast is €5 a day and I think it's a reasonable price for what you get. Bread, cereal, fresly baked bacon & eggs, juices, cheese, ham and so on. Eventhough they're situated on a quiet location and way off the busy parts, it's still a good location. There's a very frequent bus (615) that stops in front of the hotel and brings you to Coral Bay or Kato Paphos (the harbour). The Hotel has a print out at the reception on where and how to take the bus to certain places. For a single it's just €1, for a day ticket (valid for all buses) it's €3. There's also a week ticket which is €13 but only valid till 11 pm. After 11 pm the ticket on the bus is €2,50, even if you have a day ticket. Around the hotel there are some restaurants and a pub. Across the street there's also a mini golf & driving range. The Lidl supermarket is a couple of stops by bus, they're open every day. I hope to come back some day. We had a really nice stay.

Housekeeping, very friendly ladies but they start at 9 am and we like to sleep in. No door signs to hang on the door knob either.

The hotel was relatively easy to find and the front desk staff were very helpful. Average breakfast.

Not as 'central' as we had anticipated. Expensive for an off-season beach room. Internet only works in lobby- not in room.

The hotel was convenient for travel to the beach resort and the town centre. the staff were brilliant, nothing was too much bother, very helpful. the one bedroom apartment was adequate, we never used the kitchen as we eat out all the time but most things were there if you chose to do self catering. Pool was nice, had access to own beach albeit not much sand !! besides it was too cold to use in march so not a problem.

As we had travelled out of season the jacuzzi was not available. the breakfast was a bit predicatable but whatever was served was okey.

I loved the view point! It was amazing!!!

I ask for 1 double bed and i had 2 single beds, there was only tourkish and arabics chanels.

Nothing

It was discusting... We where given a room on the first floor, and we have an infant , but there was no lift!!! After complaining we got moved to a ground floor apt no cot in room when we arrived , when they gave us one, cob webs all under the cot.. Discusting sheets on bed where dirty no blankets so we where cold and the breakfast very poor finally have to let you know we had a pet in the room.....a lizard....

Hated: 1)staff's ironic comments about the young of our age when we asked if there was an elevator 2)the ceiling in the toilet, which was coming on and off whenever the wind blowed. 3)the fly in my coffee at breakfast!!!!!!!! 4)horrible horrible beds 5)bed sheets with holes

It was a clean, comfortable and friendly Hotel in a good quiet location with some decent restaurants nearby. With the bus stop outside you had good access to Paphos and to Coral Beach.

The Gym, Sauna and Jaccuzi area was poor, it was more like a storage area. It needs a good tidy and clean up.

Their wifi, half of my staying, didn't work. I was very disappointed. Then again, they gave me wrong password and informed me too late about it. Generally, the staff was very friendly and helpful but not mindful.

The pool

Just next to the sea and the view was perfect (we had a room with a sea view facing the pool also). Beautiful wild nature around (you need a car or just take the bus). The pool was very nice and the breakfast around it also. Appartments neat and spacious with nice balcony where you can have drinks and enjoy the sea. Nice banana trees in the courtyard :)

The beach nearby is not sandy but rocky. Not such a problem because we were by car and some kilometers away there are perfect beaches. Furnitures and bathroom a bit oldish but ok.

Relaxing, fabulous location, family friendly, great customer service from family run Hotel.

The location is good,right on the sea front.The hotel has large comftable rooms which are kept very clean.It has a very big garden,with a good sized pool.The staff are very helpful and friendly.

No nonsense small family Hotel with a Human Touch. Great location for going around in Cyprus. On the beach. Great Fish local family restaurant by crossing the street with a very nice atmosphere.

Supermarket "oldies" music at the bar: you do not feel in Cyprus. No effort to fit to the local atmosphere. Services such as air dryer etc dificult to get from the lady at the desk: you really feel that you are disturbing her.

Breckfast very poor

It is close to "a beach" and we had a very nice view from the balcony facing the sea.

The hotel is very run down, the staff not helpful at all. The furniture is old, some lamps didn't work, the WiFi totally useless, we had to go to a nearby café in the end. It is far from the centre, and it advertises a beach, which in fact has dirty sand, a bad algae smell and so many rocks that is is a dangerous mission to walk into the water without breaking an ankle. The hotel hosts frightening a karaoke and in the morning you get woken up by the sound of the squeaking kid's swing and the neighbour's loud telephone calls. A terrible experience, we were relieved when we left.

It is apparently a family business. The owners were almost always on the premises and very involved. Every minor problem was resolved immediately. They clearly worked hard to ensure all guests had a pleasant stay. I had a quiet ocean-view room and it was airconditioned. It was a two room apartment so I had a kitchen and refrigerator and was able to make coffee in my room and a few meals here and there when I did not feel like going out. There is a Lidl nearby where I was able to buy anything I needed to take with me to the beach or stock the apartment, as well as a kiosk next door for a few things late at night. The hotel is immediately at a bus stop so travelling to the beaches or city was easy. There were no insects whatsoever in the hotel apartment. I highly recommend attending the Monday night Cypriot barbecue.

The place is older, with old furnishings, some cracked tiles and few tv channels. In a heavy rain a little water came into the apartment. The wifi worked, but poorly, somewhat better in the lobby. The lack of good wifi was my chief complaint, but the pub next door had free wifi so I was able to keep in touch from the area. Everything however was kept very clean and I would visit again.

Really nice hotel for that kind of money. Just make sure that you'll get room witho sea view and everything will be just great. I can also reccomend Sienna restaurant just next to the hotel.

Beach near to the hotel is really poor. But you can take a bus which will take to the Coral Beach in 10 minutes for 1 euro. In October that famous beach is not so crowdy.

A low-key, relaxed atmosphere. Staff and management very friendly and helpful. Nice pool and pool bar setup. Rooms a nice size, with free air-con, free wifi. Close to the bus route, only 15 mins from Coral Bay or Paphos. Good restaurants nearby.
