High View Gardens

High View Garden is a lovely place to stay.. Once we saw the 'photos of the hotel in the website of Booking.com - we "fell in love" with the place .The Architcture of the hotel is beautiful, the white colour everywhere, the "clean" look... When arriving we saw that the 'photos show the place as it really is. We came 9 persons for the wedding of our daughter in Larnaca and decided to stay in the High view garden Mazotos for vacation for 3 nights. High View and Mazotos village were the exact place for us. The rooms are big, clean, well airconditioned, the kitchen is very well equipped, the whole area of the hotel is beautiful and very silent . At night you can easily see all stars including the MILKY WAY... The stuff of the hotel is very helpful, smiling and caring. We did not have a car and walked to the Mazotos village for the supermarket which is well stocked. Once we went in the owner said that whatever we buy he will take for us to the hotel. So we bought much...and cooked good meals... We organized car with a driver when needed to go somewhere which was very convinient. Hope to come back again ... ..

In the afternoon and night no stuff is there, if you need anything .

Wonderful new complex with high standard of luxury and finish with possibility for becoming a luxury complex when finished.

Out of approx. 70 units in the non pool buildings we were the only guests (inmates) in an isolated penthouse that had no outside lighting that made going out at night a 'dangerous' adventure.. In any case there was a distinct lack of any local facilities in the village for eating. No reception makes it very difficult to find anyone when booking in and two staff leave site so no-one resident after 17.00. Read reviews and found the scores mis-leading. However faults in broken bulbs and broken shower fixed very quickly so local staff committed to making it work. Would be better to 'mothball' it until all units kitted out and then take bookings for a revamped complex, however the lack of accessible local services will still be a problem

Perfect location, new building, nice appartment, just top !!!

The room + balcony and the pool. The place is perfect for longer stays, the rooms are large and very clean. Dual AC units (bedroom + living room) were very efficient and provided proper cool.

The TV signal was very poor, especially for music channels. Lack of telephone, internet + wi-fi Location was a dusty due to construction

I like most the friendly environment with the staff and all other people around, very nice all the building of High View Gardens, excellent situation and very clean the swimming pool, my children enjoy everything there!

The staff there didn't pay attention for cleaning of our appartment.Unfortunately nobody came to see or clean or need anything, i made all alone!Nobody make up our bedrooms!

At evening, no reception : without mobile, you can't have the room!

We travelled there, and the person in charge talt us that we would not be able to use the swimming pool because of some maintanance. We left because what to do there. We were there to stay only one night. She could had called and inform us about it first. Poor management. Never there again.

i like only the building that is new....

i didn't like the beds .... beds are very hard and i couldn't get good sleep.... the baby cot didn't have any mattress and when we ask for it the answer was that mattress in baby cots are not safe so they don't use them... we went for the weekend and we couldn't used the swimming pool because of maintenance... they probably have more people on week days and they maintenance on weekends. the little cafe close early and is better if you bring all you need with you.... breakfast: don't pay it ... is not worth it.... and because of a misunderstanding between the stuff the breakfast came late.

Brand new building with stunning facilities. The cleanliness of the pool was outstanding, and the staff extremel helpful. Situated in a beautiful and quiet location but close enough to Larnaca should one need to go there!

Great place to relax and stay away from the city's noises..

If you want to enjoy the cyprus in full, you should rent a car to have an opportunity to discover nice places close to Larnaca! Especially, due to the beach.. The ones in Mazotos (actually it is not just 1km away from the hotel..) and Larnaca are poor..

Brand new and wonderful apartment, very nice staff (English speaking), great value for money, good parking facility, nice location (1 km from the beach).

The apartment was lovely, obviously very new but well kitted out with everything working and everything needed including washing machine, cooker, hob, iron board etc,etc and very cool with the aircon on. Weather was awesome as you would expect, and pool water was incredibly warm and cleaned and dealt with on a daily basis. Spent a great evening in the Legends bar in the local town of Mazotos people very friendly and helpful. Also local supermarket very reasonably priced which is good. View from our top floor veranda was quite gobsmacking, mountains behind and village and ocean to the front - gorgeous.

Nothing really, a bit quiet but it's a brand new developement and I think once the place is on the map it will be enjoyed by a lot more people, will come back one day!

Penthouse had a great view. Also the design was very nice and the balcony/ roofterrace was good.

High view gardens is not finished yet. There was not a poolbar, reception, fitness. There still working on the finishing touch. But for the price we can't complain because the price was really fair..

Everything ..big brand new rooms with all the conforts

beautiful place but just being opened, We had to wait a long time to get the key as there was nobody. But at the end we got it and it has nice apartments.

as it is new it still has teething problems; airco upstairs was leaking water and in the sleepingroom did not get cool.

This place is absolutely amazing! If you are planning on a weekend break or a longer holiday in a quiet place and you don’t mind driving few minutes to the closest beach – you definitely should go there! You will find the very friendly staff welcoming you with the tea and biscuits, the brand new complex of the unique design built in the hill, the quiet surrounding outside the main roads and the very nice cosy and comfortable apartments with all necessary appliances! Our family really loved that place – it’s such a pity we hadn’t discovered it before and had stayed at other places, costing us the same! We really, really loved these apartments!!!
