I liked everything

except, there was no free wi-fi in the room. and one day the internet in the lobby was not working

Room was well appointed and the additional use of the Executive Lounge was an added bonus. Staff were very good and helpful.

The quality of the food was not to a standard expected of a 5* hotel and was therefore expensive. Breakfast dishes not kept hot, meat badly cooked, tables not prepared properly, dirty cutlery. The fact that the hotel had very few guests may have been a reason, but perhaps with so few the standards should have been better. One evening we were the only people in the dining room that had, I would estimate, over 200 covers.

Best hotel in Lefkosia for a traveller who seeks comfort, a peace of mind and excellent service.

Everything was super, Really !!!

I had a reservation through Booking.com and I had a discounted price, which wa available throuhg the site. But they still wanted to charge me the whole price. I spent 30 minutes trying to find out why there was a problem. They were talling me that Booking.com had cancelled my booking and they would charge me the whole tariff, but I had not received any e-mail from Booking.com regarding the cancellation. This was very irritating.

Comfort of high quality.

Lack of free Wi-Fi. 6 eur per hour for using Internet is too much.

Know the hotel well, staff are always polite and helpful. We got a very good rate which is why we stayed at this Hilton rather than the Hilton Park.

The mattress needed turning but didn't find this out until very late. Spent the night trying to stop rolling down a hill and off the bed. Reported the fault to reception the following morning and they contacted housekeeping immediately. Great for the next guests but we were only staying one night !

Nature (palmas and other greenery), design (swimming pool and furniture), staff (always pleasant and smiley and helpful, esp. waiters in the restaurant).

From check-in to check-out we could not fault anything. The staff were very efficient and helpfull, the food very good and the room excellent

the pool area and tennis courts are good! And they serve a great breakfast buffet, and the staff is excellent!

very expensive and not particular good value for money. The prices at the hotel to buy drinks, food etc is also extremely high. There is not much to do in the area, and the interior design of the hotel rooms is a bit outdated. Good hotel if you have to go to Nicosia, but if you dont have to, stay in Larnaca or Limassol or other places, and commute to Nicosia! Short distances!

No do not disturb door hangers which meant that each morning staff knocked on the door and disturbed me.

Wifi access. You just cant charge 15 eur per night for wifi access. Gentlemen, I pay 15 EUR per month for 24/7 internet access at my place. You cant be considered as a bisuness oriented hotel without FREE WIFI access, at least, in the hotel loby. Definatelly a reason not to stay at your hotel again, at least untill you let the WIFI free. We are not living in 2000, we are in 2012!

The hotel room was clean and comfortable

It was far from the city center and we have to pay 7 € to go there.

Coffee maschine didn't work in my room. On WiFi in the room you can not connect 2 devices (phone and laptop), furtheremore internet I just too expensive

Conveniently located, nice breakfast buffet, comfortable rooms, good pool facilities. Respect for non-smokers even on terraces outside.

booking com dan rezervasyon yaptım.Check in aşamasında bundan bilgileri yok. Çıkış yaparken rezervasyon sırasında internetten kredi kartı ile ödediğimi belirttim ama yine sorun çıktı tekrar resepsiyonda ödemek zorunda kalıdım. Personel bu tip konularda dikkatli olmak zorunda.Özellikle booking.com dan rezervasyon yapıldığında sitede rezervasyon sırasında kredi kart bilgilerinin de istendiğini bilmeliler.Resepsiyonda insanı kötü duruma düşürüyorlar.

Персонал very frendly Gym is rather good Tennis court for free Spa Actually, now no alternatives in Nicosia for staying in such conditions, like in Hilton. For business it's ok. Not for staying for a long time for tourism. Little bit boring....
