The thing that struck me the most was the willingness of all staff to help in any way they could. The car parking area in front of the hotel was always full and we had to park the car in the car park further away. Not so convenient when carrying luggage. However, not a big deal, just a comment.

Everything was very good, the room was very spacious, they even provided a laptop in each room! Also, the location was perfect, 10 minutes walk from the shopping centre of Nicosia. You have to pay for the internet?? Come on guys, it is 2011, every Wi-Fi connection should be for free !!!

The room was spacy and comfortable that had more or less everything one expects in a good hotel Unfortunately there was a strike of the personnel on the day of my arrical. But the hotel kindly agreed to make me generous discount on the room price, so no bad feelings.

Very Nice people working there and trying make your stay perfectly comfortable, good food and Nice Spa. Clean rooms. Location in center. My room needs redecoration as quite old for the hotel of this class.

I enjoyed the professionalism of all stuff and the spacious rooms and public areas. There are some parts of the room that need to be refurnished. I refer to the windows that don't isolate the heat properly.

Public areas look ok but the rooms for what you pay are below average Location is Central for the City and easy to get to saving you the pain of the heavy Nicosia traffic, If this is the best a capital City has to offer I am dissapointed, we booked a King room this could not be reffering to the quality of the room simply the size of the bed.

elegant surrounding, my request for a quiet room was respected and the room was both quiet and very comfortable. The water pressure is low and the shower was leaky - almost insufficient water pressure to wash your hair.
