Wifi is way to costly No water presure in the bathroom Noisy ac Low noise isolation on the windows

I liked the fact it was clean, the bathroom accessories were plentiful - including 2 bars of soap - unusual in this day and age, tea and coffee tray, balcony. Very good breakfast.

The wifi - paying for it first of all - one should not have to buy wifi in a 5* business hotel in this day and age and despite buying 3 days, having to log in very often. Signal ok in some parts of the hotel but weak in the room.

We liked the cleanliness and the rooms as well as the way they are furnished. Most of all the staff are the friendliest and most welcoming also very well informed and they are virtually all local.We have stayed at five other hotels in Cyprus this year five star and four star.This hotel comes top in everything from the breakfast to the state of the rooms but the staff and service are way in front of any other hotel we stayed.

A lot of wedding receptions making parking a little difficult some times but not impossible.

Nice n very comfort hotel with luxuries... The room was excellent but I think the prices are a bit high for an avg person especially the lunch n dinner prices. Although I enjoy my staying

Public areas look ok but the rooms for what you pay are below average

Location is Central for the City and easy to get to saving you the pain of the heavy Nicosia traffic, If this is the best a capital City has to offer I am dissapointed, we booked a King room this could not be reffering to the quality of the room simply the size of the bed.

Paying for wi-fi when already paying a substantial room rate

-On 1/8/2011, I booked through booking.com a triple room in Hilton Hotel, Nicosia, Cyprus for 2 nights 11th & 12th August 2011. -We (my father, my brother and myself) arrived at the Hotel on 11/8/2011 at around 8:00 P.M. -When we entered into our room, we found that the room was a double room with 1 King size bed only. -We complained to the reception about this so they shifted us to another room and it took about 1 hour for them to arrange the room. This is completely unacceptable in a 5-Star Hotel which is part of a well-known international chain as the triple room should have been ready at 2:00 P.M. at the time of check-in (especially that my booking was done 10 days before the check-in date. We called the hotel on 1/8/2001 and the hotel confirmed to us that our room will be ready on 11/8/2011 as requested) The same night, we went out of the hotel. When we came back at around 11:00 P.M., it was very difficult for us to find the hotel as the signboard of the hotel was switched-off. Although it was the first time for us to visit Nicosia, we finally managed to find the Hotel with the help of some people. When we arrived at the hotel, we enquired about the reasons for switching off the hotel signboard. We were told by the receptionist: “It was probably to save electricity !!!!” This is also unacceptable in such a 5 star hotel as the signboard should always be visible and always lightened during the nights. The last day at the time of check-out, we requested the receptionist to send the porter to bring down our luggage. He he promised to do so. We waited for half an hour and nobody came. We had to bring down our luggage as our Taxi was waiting. We found out that the same receptionist was at the reception talking and laughing with his colleague. We believe that the reception staff should be strongly punished as they failed to do their job.

Value for money - it was good to stay there based on the special offer we booked the room. Good location

We slept with aircon and woke up with a huge headache as there was a smell of cigarettes smoke coming through it into our room. Also we used one of the new restaurants of the hotel for our dinner and my partner got poisoned by the fresh shrimp.

Poor quality restaurant. Lack of interest by reception staff. No problem - just carry your own bags

η διακόσμηση ακραία κακόγουστη και ενοχλητική, αναφέρομαι κυρίως στα χρώματα των κουρτινών του δωματίου και στο σύνολο της διακόσμησης της αίθουσας του εστιατορίου (πχ. αρχαϊκά αγάλματα + αγιος βασίλης+κηροπήγια ολα μαζι στο ιδιο σημειο και επιπλεον πυθαρια +σαμαρια στην οροφη). το προσωπικό πρέπει να επιλέγεται με βάση την ελληνική γλώσσα. η εξυπηρέτηση τυπική επιπλαστα ευγενης. οι τιμές στο μινι μπαρ και στο ρουμ σερβις απαραδεκτα ακριβες σε σχεση με τα ποιοτητα των προσφερομενων προιοντων.
