The staff was very helpful and kind. The rooms were comfortable and clean.The hotel is the best choice for someone visiting Nicosia, a city which lacks hotels. Also excellent the great variety of tv channels Some renovation is needed, especially in the jacuzzi (where many tiles are missing) and in the turkish bath. I think a hotel like hilton must provide you many choices for dinner but there is only one restaurant. |

Nice pool, gym, breakfast next to the pool, food in general was great, staff was very helpful, not far from the main shopping area, room was huge and very clean. In general, a good experience |

The close proximity to the city centre. The majority of the staff were very amiable and particularly the lady working in the executive lounge. Slightly dated look, some staff quite abrupt, and dirty cups left outside our room from the previous occupant. |

The room was excellent, the location for the Mall of Cyprus and the main shopping areas was excellent.It was a 30 minute walk to the old town and probably the best location in Nicosia especially for a short break. The service in the bar was excellent as was the executive lounge facilities. The buffet breakfast was the worst I have ever had in any hotel. The hot food was cold even though it had been freshly replenished, the made to order pancakes were undercooked and stone cold, we sat for an hour having breakfast and at no point did anyone remove any of our used plates. |

The staff was nice. Not the best services, had to call like 3 times to get a vase up to the room and i had to wait 6hours to get my iron to the room. they should have a iron in every room always, jusst like Marriott |

Η τοποθεσία που με διευκολίνει την μετακίνηση, ευχάριστο προσωπικό πρόθυμο να σε εξυπηρετίσει και την αισθηση της πολυτέλιας που δίνει. Τα μπάνια θα μπορο΄θσαν να είναι πολύ καλύτερα απο πλευρά ποίτητας υλικών γιατι άρχισαν να ξεθωριάζουν και να κανουν μούχλα στους αρμούς των κεραμικών. |
