I arrived at the reception and they asked me to pay for one night. I said you already charged my credit card and they said no. I paid with my debit card. two days later I checked my bank account statement and found that they charged my credit card and paid second time with debit card. are they thieves or what? I try to call them and they don't answer!!

Nothing actually stood out as being very good

The pool was very dirty and unusable On arrival the hotel tried to charge us €60 as opposed to the booking with yourselves at €45, not impressed!

Very friendly and accommodating staff.

no AC in the sitting room, no additional bedclothes, dirty garbage

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean rooms, near main bar street and restaurants.

The pool is a bit small, but wasn't very busy so still quite enjoyable. Pool bar didn't have a large selection of alcoholic beverages.

Faras Philippous and the smiling cleaning lady were all super kind, attentive, helpful and smiling. Great going guys, Thanks for everything Rgds Narayan

it needs renovation

3rd time in Lawsonia. I like it because it's good value for money, clean and close to amenities. Its also relatively close to the main beach of protaras. Personnally, I find it stupid to pay more than the prices offered by Lawsonia to have a shower and sleep, since we are spending day at beach. Plus rooms are spacious, you dont feel confined like many other far more expensive hotels. Thanks

το δωμάτιο ήταν για 4 ενηλικες, δεν είχε κλιματισμό στο 2ο δωματιο ενω στο κυρίως δωμάτιο ο κλιματισμός υπολειτουργούσε επίσης ενω έλεγε ότι θα είχε διπλά κρεβατια, είχε ενα ραντζο και εναν καναπε άβολο. έκανε πάρα πολύ ζέστη η διαμονή ήταν κακή, και η σχέση ποιότητας τιμής κακιστη.

δεν είχε μπάρ στην πισίνα για να μπορεί ο κόσμος να προμηθευτεί κάτι, καθαριότητα καθόλου, ούτε καν πετσέτες δεν άλλαξαν απλά έστρωσαν τα κρεββάτια κ μας προμήθευσαν με χαρτί τουαλέττας. θέλει επειγόντως ανακαίνηση δηλαδή αλλαγή τουαλέττας , μπάνιου κλπ.

It was clean near protaras centre

No elevator we booked for 4 persons and one of the beds was broken and we asked for another one and they provided it after we went to the reception screaming!! Toilet and bath was flooded very easy it needs a renovation for sure!! Value for money but not to stay over 2 days!!

We stayed from monday-friday in the beginning of July and we were the only guests at the hotel at arrival (!) so it was very quiet and peaceful. The hotel is situated in a quiet street a few minutes walk from the center of Protaras. The staff was very friendly and helpful and offered lots of tips on which beaches to visit and places to see. We also appreciated that there was'nt any family-entertainment/programme at the hotel.

It was the cheapest one and very close to the center. Bus stop near by

The bed was old and in bad condition. No sense of style. There wasn't a bar or a small restaurant in the hotel.

It was clean.

I would prefer one double bed rather than two single beds. The kitchen equipment was a bit old. Overall for a budget apartment it is acceptable.

The location was perfect for us, not noisy place

No tv in the room

We liked everything about Lawsonia hotel apts. Went there for honeymoon and we were amazed about the service, nice rooms, housekeeping... just everything. Clean nice swimming pool, housekeeping daily, helpful staff they really took good care of us.
