The hotel is very well situated, on the seaside with very nice view to the see, it's decently clean and mantained The breakfast is very poor, but it's easy to understand considering this is a cheap hotel, but there are a lot of places where you can have a gorgeous breakfast with only 5 Euro. Also there is a club at the groundfloor of the hotel where is a lot of noise starting 9 pm until 2-3 am, not very pleasant for the hotel guests, especially for older ones (it was not our case, anyway :-)). The water stopped two times, during morning for 3-4 hours and the elevator broke the day we left, had to carry heavy luggages on the stairs. But let's say it was just bad luck and hope it will never happen in the future :-) |

The desk staff were fantastic and very helpful with recommendations restaurants and showing me to a parking space behind the hotel If you have a front room be warned that unless you like a late night its very noisey from all the bars especially the one directly in front of the hotel a little ott |

the central position in relation to the town was excellant.we could easily walk to the beach and for shopping it was great. entetainment was close by the shower was very small and leaked water on to the floor. the toilet roll holder was broken and required fixing.the parking facilities were not adequate for my 4x4 car as the entrance was very tiny and only held a couple of cars |

The front desk staff was quite nice, especially the guy in the evening.. Liked the cat that lived in the reception area..Location was great, right on beach and in center of town. Horrible breakfast. No toiletries or hair dryer.. No Internet. In fact, the woman at the front desk said they had once had Internet but got rid of it when they enovated! How crazy is tat /Expensive phones. Cramped and uncomfortable feel.. Generally pretty awful except for location. |

It was centrally-located and the room had good space. Breakfast was dull and not much. It was not replenished when it was finished and some guests were left with nothing to eat. . Not a single member of the staff was there to help or to be addressed. |

Right in the heart of town and across the road from the beach. Reasonably good value. Basic but clean hotel. The photos on the website make it look better then it is. Though good value |

Rooms are very nice and clean. We had a side-view room so we could see Larnaka beach from our room. Amazing! Furniture is contemporary. Location of the hotel is fantastic. Just in the middle of the town so you can easily walk everywhere. They also have a private car parking, very handy if you have a car considering the lack of parking places in Larnaka.Staff is very polite. Breakfast is really poor and showers are very small. When we booked the rooom wer were a bit puzzled as other travellers said that rooms could be noisy. Our room was on the 6th floor and since it was very hot we kept the windows shut and air-con on so we had a good-night sleep. No noise! |

Location and view The streets and open air pubs was very noisy until the early hours of the morning. The breakfast selection was very small (one type cold meat, cheese, boiled egg, toast) and very,very monotonous. Try different menus for alternate days. |

location very convenient, excellent view. Friendly staff Doors, particularly those giving access to the stairs were very noisy. Oil would stop the screeching noise as the door open and shut, while small pads would stop the gunshot noise as they slammed shut. I personnally oiled a few doors and stuck pads to prevent slamming, see 5th floor for the difference! |

Location and comfortable bed. Breakfast was the worse I've had in Cyprus/Greece so didn't bother with it at all on second day.I had to ask for clean towels and was told there was none spare because the cleaner had gone home.Eventually I was given some towels when I asked for my money back to move to another hotel that had towels! TV didn't work and I was told they were aware but couldn't fix it, so why not replace it. |

l'accueil du personel particulièrement attentif, la proximité plage et centre ville la chambre propre et suffisante si l'on tient compte du prix. La salle de bain meriterai d'être repeinte. Sinon il est vrai que l'hotel est un peu bruyant, mais notre chambre était un peu plus au calme. |
