Livadhiotis City Hotel    

Ideal location on the edge of the city and only a few minutes walk to the seafront promenade. Close to small bars and restaraunts serving local food. Excellent staff very friendly and a very clean smart hotel with a good buffet breakfast.

Where it was situated in Larnaca and the design of the hotel. The staff were friendly and inviting.

We were given the room next to the lift which was noisy all night! There were also ants on our floor whic although werent harmful, showed there was a problem.

The location of the hotel, the staff, all services are just perfect. Comfort and clean, everything it was just fine.

great place and will stay here again. Staff very friendly and assisted bookings and arrangements. Central location with a great bar and a large range of tavernas and cafes within a five minutes walk. As I had a early morning flight they provided a plate for breakfast. Room very clean and comfortable. Being in the centre of the city there may be some outside noise, but it was at an OK level and any hotel in the area would have the same.

This was a clean friendly hotel in a great location, next to Lazerus' tomb in the center of Larnaca. Also it was only 15 minutes from the airport!

there was a small mistake about the room details. instead of bath that we asked, we had shower.

The hotel was good value and served its reputation earned by the other reviewes. I would recommend it for the Larnaca center.

I really appreciate the helpful and caring staff. Over time they stay constant so that the hotel feels familiar. I feel they go out of their way to be pleasant and make me feel comfortable. Cafe Blu is a great pace and the facilities like wireless internet in Cafe Blu are very convenient. I also appreciated the breakfast on a plate in my room due to my early departure. The location of the hotel is excellent, just a short walk from shops and the beach front. I will continue to use the hotel for my stop overs on my trips from Australia to Europe, it is very convenient and relaxing.

The hotel has comfortable rooms with a good service. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Free internet has been important for us. The location of the hotel is very good: Shops and restaurants were in the straight neighbourhood. The marketplace near by. Very short way to the beach.

Location excellent, Good meeting place ideal for business meetings with WIFI available. Food also good value.

We stayed in room 106 for 3 nights, bed&breakfast in April 2012. Good value for money, very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is in a fabulous location, a couple of minutes away from shopping center, seafront, bars, restaurants etc. No complaints about the room (not big but clean! and with the balcony!!!) except of the bed which was very hard for me. The breakfast was fresh and the quality was very good.
