Bon accueil bon buffet pour le petit déjeuner

Livadhiotis est bien situé au coeur de la ville ancienne, proche de petits restaurants, et trés prés de la plage.

Petit déjeuner : boisson unique un jus d'orange concentré mélangé d'eau, pas de fruit frais. Chambre : donnant sur la rue insuffisamment insonorisée pourtant la construction ou rénovation semble assez récente, le doublage des baies vitrées n'est pas digne d'un 4 étoiles. Sommeil light assuré voire impossible jusqu'à 4 heures du matin.(circulation, musique)

Accueil excellent, personnel aux petits soins ! Super situation géographique - pas de vue sur mer (plage à 100mts) mais on évite ainsi les musiques des nights club du front de mer. A recommander

Petit-déjeuners très bien, bien situé pour séjour en ville et proximité plage et mer.

La salle de bain petite et surtout la douche trop exigüe,problème chaine TV5 français a disparu pendant notre séjour, signalé à la réception mais pas de suite...

Très bien situé à proximité immédiate du bord de mer et des principaux points d'intérêt touristiques. Entièrement neuf (ou refait à neuf) avec une excellente insonorisation intérieure.

Accueil minimum, au mieux limité à bonjour et bonsoir, mais inexistant au petit-déjeuner. Ce dernier est peu varié, très juste en plats chauds et surtout n'offre que du café lyophilisé, ce qui est indigne d'un hôtel de cette catégorie. Beaucoup de bruit les week ends en provenance de la rue, des bars et boîtes voisins, jusqu'à 2H du matin, ce qui est très pénible. Nombre de chaînes de télévision assez pauvre et, en dehors de BBC World, uniquement chypriotes et grecques.

It was very well located within Larnaca. A 3 minute walk to beach front and very close to all shops. Only 10 minute taxi journey from Larnaca airport. Very reasonably priced for its location. Very nice bar area. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Selected this hotel based on Tripadvisor recommendation for hotels in Larnaca. Used this hotel as my base to travel around for my short holiday in Cyprus. This hotel is located beside St Lazarus church and about 5 mins walk from the happening beach/promenade. Arrived in the early afternoon and there was no problem during checking-in where they have my room booking record. The reception area and the Blu cafe have the ultra modern design. There are 2 small lifts on either side of the reception counter to access rooms upstairs which is very good. Was put up in a double room with two single bed and surprised that this room wasn't very small. Room is simple but trendy modern in design and very clean. The washroom is also kept clean with a reasonable size shower cubicle with good strong water pressure. Room also has a balcony with a plastic table and 2 chairs which is very useful for smokers like me since all rooms are non-smoking room. My room balcony is facing an inner court yard and hence not much for viewing, only for smoking. Did not encounter any heavy noise at nite even during the Festival of the Flood when I was there. Free fast internet connection inside the room via Lan cable (borrowed from reception) and wifi is also available in the reception/lobby area. Breakfast offered is decent continental-style included in the room rate and I usually take my breakfast in the courtyard. The hotel is close to nearby restaurants and nightlife along the promenade. A supermarket, called Smart is also located about 5 mins walk away to get drinks and titbits. Front-desk personnel were very pleasant and helpful, Cleo and Violetta tq for the wonderful information and assistance. Local tour around the island can be arranged with the receptionist and the tour coach pick-up point is at a bus stop at the promenade which is about 5/10 mins walk away from the hotel.

Bed a bit hard to sleep. Also there is no drinking water provided inside the room.

Although I arrived at midday and I did not expect my room to be ready, I did not have too long to wait before this was made available. The staff I met were very hospitable and welcoming during my stay. The hotel is in an excellent central location close to the beach and local amenities.

Good location for a short stay at larnaca near the bach ,kindly people only at the evening some noise but when you close the window not any problem

At the time of booking, we asked for a quiet room and initially they gave us a room right next to the elevator! Also, it had no bath. Luckily the hotel was not busy so they were able to provide an alternative with a bath. We then discovered that there was no plug in the bath and had to wait while they found one which was a bit of an inconvenience if you are getting ready to go out. Finally, the air con kept switching itself on automatically and there was no remote. Otherwise the stay was enjoyable and we would go there again.

The hotel does not have a secure parking place. I had to park to a public parking place and at the morning I found scratches on my car!
