The staff was helpful and personable. The breakfast was great. The access to restaurants, shopping, the seaside, and a relaxing time was lovely. The wi-fi was only in the lobby and in-room internet access required a 10Euro deposit to use an ethernet cable, of which they were out. If I had needed internet access, I would have been inconvenienced. But it was a nice break from life online and helped us enjoy the seaside and nifty locale.

It was very well located within Larnaca. A 3 minute walk to beach front and very close to all shops. Only 10 minute taxi journey from Larnaca airport. Very reasonably priced for its location. Very nice bar area. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Selected this hotel based on Tripadvisor recommendation for hotels in Larnaca. Used this hotel as my base to travel around for my short holiday in Cyprus. This hotel is located beside St Lazarus church and about 5 mins walk from the happening beach/promenade. Arrived in the early afternoon and there was no problem during checking-in where they have my room booking record. The reception area and the Blu cafe have the ultra modern design. There are 2 small lifts on either side of the reception counter to access rooms upstairs which is very good. Was put up in a double room with two single bed and surprised that this room wasn't very small. Room is simple but trendy modern in design and very clean. The washroom is also kept clean with a reasonable size shower cubicle with good strong water pressure. Room also has a balcony with a plastic table and 2 chairs which is very useful for smokers like me since all rooms are non-smoking room. My room balcony is facing an inner court yard and hence not much for viewing, only for smoking. Did not encounter any heavy noise at nite even during the Festival of the Flood when I was there. Free fast internet connection inside the room via Lan cable (borrowed from reception) and wifi is also available in the reception/lobby area. Breakfast offered is decent continental-style included in the room rate and I usually take my breakfast in the courtyard. The hotel is close to nearby restaurants and nightlife along the promenade. A supermarket, called Smart is also located about 5 mins walk away to get drinks and titbits. Front-desk personnel were very pleasant and helpful, Cleo and Violetta tq for the wonderful information and assistance. Local tour around the island can be arranged with the receptionist and the tour coach pick-up point is at a bus stop at the promenade which is about 5/10 mins walk away from the hotel. Bed a bit hard to sleep. Also there is no drinking water provided inside the room.

Although I arrived at midday and I did not expect my room to be ready, I did not have too long to wait before this was made available. The staff I met were very hospitable and welcoming during my stay. The hotel is in an excellent central location close to the beach and local amenities.

La position dans la ville de Larnaca (près de St.Lazarus) 1) It is not an hotel, but an apartment hotel: this should be stated clearly in the website. We were very disappointed: aparthotels normally are rather aseptic and without charme. This one did not escape to the rule. 2) We booked a 'suite', but the bathroom was very small (difficult even to close the door). 3) The room was extremely noisy with lots of cars and motobykes passing all night long (despite low season). We needed earplugs to sleep. It definetly needs some sort of acustic isolation 4) No restaurant, just snacks available. Again this was not clear at all from the website. 5) Horrible view on lousy parking place from the balcon of the room

Good location, welcoming, friendly staff, comfortable room. At the time of booking, we asked for a quiet room and initially they gave us a room right next to the elevator! Also, it had no bath. Luckily the hotel was not busy so they were able to provide an alternative with a bath. We then discovered that there was no plug in the bath and had to wait while they found one which was a bit of an inconvenience if you are getting ready to go out. Finally, the air con kept switching itself on automatically and there was no remote. Otherwise the stay was enjoyable and we would go there again.

The hotel does not have a secure parking place. I had to park to a public parking place and at the morning I found scratches on my car!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is perfect: 2 minutes from the beach and the commercial area, you can see the see from your balcony (it's a very nice view in the morning) I didn't like the beds and the pillows, also the blanket was a little dirty.

The location and service was very good however extremly overpriced. A fair price would be 50 to 60 euro for a double room. The price and the beds are realy haed.

We stayed in Livadhiotis Hotel for 5 nights in first week of November 2011. Hotel location is pretty good. You have got St. Lazarus church at the back and the beautiful beach in the front by 5 minutes walking. The best thing is the bus station near the hotel. We tried intercity buses from there and visited the other cities in Cyprus. There is a high speed internet available in the room for free. Breakfast is with good quality and different choices. Hotel staff are not welcoming and do not have enough information to guide tourists. No bell boy is available there to help for luggage. Cleanings are not satisfactory, towels and blankets are not changed in room cleaning service. Even the first day, the floor was dirty when we checked-in.
