Livadhiotis Hotel Apartments is situated just 100 meters from the famous Larnaca Seafront (Phinikoudes Beach) right in the heart of the beautiful city of Larnaca. It rests in the stunning St. Lazarus square with the famous church being directly opposite the hotel. It is only a stone's throw away from the shopping center, bars and restaurants and all sort of ameneties can be found within walking distance from the Hotel.
At Livadhiotis we are sure to please the most demanding of customers and we assure that you will find more than what you are looking for.

LIVADHIOTIS HOTEL APTS established in 1986 provides a pleasant and friendly atmosphere to its clients. It is a family run business and we are more than happy to give you our undivided attention and make you feel at home.
The hotel's facilities include breakfast facilities and a TV lounge.

The hotel is situated just 100 meters from the famous Larnaca Seafront (Phinikoudes Beach), right in the heart of this beautiful city of Larnaca. It rests in the beautiful St. Lazarus square with the famous St. Lazarus church being directly opposite the hotel. It is only a stone's throw away from the shopping centre, bars and restaurants and all sort of amenities can be found within walking distance from the Hotel.

Food & beverage

Bar: Open 24 hours a day our well stocked Bar area is at your service ready to serve any customer that would like to relax with a few drinks before going to bed, or who wants to "warm up" before a long night of dancing in the beautiful city of Larnaca .
Breakfast: Enjoy our Rich Continental buffet every morning which will make you feel right at home. Our delicious buffet is served daily from 8 am until 10 am at the ground floor Breakfast area.

The Hotel is comprised of 45 self-catering apartments, 27 Studios, 15 one-bedroom apartments and 3 two-bedrooms apartments.

In addition to the listed amenities all apartments are furnished to a high standard and have daily maid service.

Area information

Most of Larnaca’s main attractions, such as the 9th century Basilica of Saint Lazarus, the Pierides Museum, Larnaca’s medieval castle , Larnaca marina, and Larnaca Archaeological Museum are just a short 5-minute walk from the hotel. The convenient location, just 10 minutes from Larnaca International Airport, means that arriving at the hotel is easy. The hotel is right in the heart of the market and shopping area and there are many other amenities in the immediate surrounding area. All of Cyprus’ other major towns and famous villages are within 45 minutes of the hotel’s location.

The room was absolutely lovely and the staff were brilliant. The hotel was in the Old City and close to all the shops and the beach. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel - it was wonderful.

The internet cafe was not good and the hotel lobby could do with an update.

la facilità di raggiungerlo, la posizione

la struttura è nuova, l'arredo in parte vecchio. Gli ospiti sono maleducati, soprattutto giovani rumorosissimi di notte. Le pareti non sono per nulla acusticamente isolate
