Tiene una buena zona de piscina (en relación con el hotel) y hamacas para tomar el sol justo al lado de la playa (la playa no es muy buena). El hotel deja mucho que desear en relación estrellas - calidad. Es un hotel antiguo. La cama de matrimonio es muy pequeña y el colchón no vale para nada... te quedas encajado de lo blando que es. Las habitaciones que dan a la piscina, se oye mucho las actuaciones nocturnas de concierto que dan en el bar. |

Nice hotel, right on the beach, friendly and pro staff, impressive design, clean and high quality. Great water sport opportunities right there (do not miss the jet ski in big waves - fantastic :)). Nice snorkeling location with many different fishes (compared to the Med See average), it's just 10 m from the shore where the big rocks are. Good sandy beach with beds, umbrellas and towels - all clean and not crowded at all. Fine breakfast choiches. It is really far from city centre (about 10km), there are only a few restaurants and shops nearby. The description on booking.com said the city centre can be reached easiliy - sure, if you have a car and drive ten minutes... otherwise it's a simple lie :( Right next to the hotel there is a construction at the moment - view is not that nice, but luckily it wasn't noisy. The size of the double bed is quite small, and the matress was not comfortable. |

I was completely satisfied with this hotel. It has the same beach as the five star hotel next door, but for half the price :) |

Nice hotel with very polite and helpful staff. Room was big enough for four. The kids enjoyed the miniwaterpark. A very pleasent stay, too short unfortunately. We had to pay extra for the safe. |

The pool area was fantastic and well maintained. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The entertainment was nice, twice a week. It is simply the best hotel amongst the rest along the coast. The location enables you to take in the sights by bus or like we did via rental car. We will definately be returning again. The only downside was simply the price for soft drinks as for a pepsi and a lemonade, it was over 3 euro's for one can. |

The hotel is fairly close to the airport /we were only transfering/, the beach and pools are nice for kids. The food was substandard, our "family room" was just a double room with a bunk bed in a corner and the four of us were squashed in there. The whole complex is crowded /this was August/ and noisy and you can hear people in the next room. It is full of British tourists. |

Good facilities When we arrived to the hotel they did not find our booking.We had to wait long time until they sort it out, and we stayed in a double bedroom with three beds insted of the family room that we originally booked. We payed the same price with one bed less!!!! I wish we can have an explanation because we were so much disappointed. |

Hotel not far away from the airport, 20 euro for the trip to hotel with a taxi, hotel staff is great, very approachable very helpfull very professional, a big choise of water sports that u can do, its always a first time to try something ;) room are cleaned every day, tv channels goes almoust all languages, wonderfull area outside with a 4 pools and lovely beach bar and showers facilities, great place for getting tan ;) ..only one thing.. :) breakfast buffet doesnt have fried potatoes that i love.. |

The whole experience was great, but what my family and i enjoyed the most is the staff. All staff were super friendly, greet you with a smile, very helpful, pleasant and pleasure to deal with.( i will be writing a thank you letter directly to the hotels e-mail) in regard to the wonderful experience we had from the hotels wonderful staff. Everything was great.....except not having a ( hospitality tray) hot pot in the room to fix tea/cafe.You have to pay extra fee per day to provide them in the room. |

Right by the sea, welcoming atmosphere, nice rooms.. quite a cosy hotel. had a good time. There was no little fridge in the room:( but no big deal. |

Staff are so friendly, free kids club, mini aqua park, 4 swimming pools, jacozi, wifi internet everywhere, nice and clean beach, shops for water and advanture games. When I booked they blocked the amount from my credit card and but when I arrived they couldnt release it until I wasted alot of time calling my bank and talking to them and the problem was solved after 3 days, it was a nightmare. |

Stuff was nice,friendly and helpfull. lobby area pool area very nice.entertainment a + too much humidity in the area they shouldn't have the a/c connected to power switch of room.everything gets wet if you are gone for a long time. beds not that confy |

I was only there for one night, but was happy to find internet access available. Unfortunately, I was not able to read my email (do to compatiblity issues) but was able to send emails. I also had a very nice light meal in the bar area. The pool closed before I arrived at 8pm. It would have been very nice to have been able to go for a swim when I arrived |
