Too much Russians this year

good location for what we where there for

extras ie wifi tea&coffee minibar to switch on all at extra cost swimming pool being worked on new lining

The location is not too convinient for those who not driving

Very nice pool area. The Bulgarian staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms. Very nice view of the beach and pool area from our room on the 5th floor.

The local guy at the reception desk on our date of arrival was a little bit strange, he asked to prepay the whole stay before he gave us the keys of the room .... we just arrived from the airport with all our luggage and our little child and he was insisting for it. This was a little bit strange for me as I am travelling a lot. They are charging you always 2 EUR for the room service every time you order something .... Breakfast was every day the same.

Lordos beach is ideally situated, quiet area but all facilities close by. Good restaurants and bars close by and not expensive.

the cooked breakfast was virtually inedible.the presentation was not very nice overcooked eggs and bacon disgusting this put us off eating there in the evenings

Friendly and helpfull staff made our winter holidays very comfortable. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants near the hotel (we especialy liked Lysia-traditional cyprus dishes). The beach is clean and tidy, as well as three pools. Breakfasts were good as well: fruits every day, four or five types of cheese, all domestic and very delicious.

Quite expensive to get to the Larnaca center by taxi (EUR 12-15), it is especially important during holidays when public transport doesn't work well

Nice pools, beside sea, good breakfast, only once i had dinner there & it was fine(fish and chips), nice friendly staff, good services available if you need,gym,towels for beach, short drive to local towns, good shops/bars/cafes in area of hotel, good for walking on beach.

Very clean hotel, staff were very helpful. Good position next to beach.

The food was very poor, Quality of vegetables was bad, i.e yellow broccolli and very hard carrots. Mash potatoes tasteless, fish dried up. At Breakfast there were flies everywhere, the air conditioning should have been on. .

I liked very much the outdoor area, with the pools and the beach. The staff on the beach were very helpful with the parasols.

Seaside location, views from rooms, pools & breakfast.

Sand is more 'dirt like' then sand, Loud music from outdoor bar till midnight every night. Paying for internet.

Good sea-side location with direct access to the beach. Nice breakfast selection.

Unfriendly catering staff in the dining hall. They all seem unhappy to work there, grumpy outllok. Room rates too high for the poor condition of the rooms. Extra charges for everything, even for the use of old delapitated small refrigerator in room. Failure to provide daily refills in toilet. Definately not a place I'll ever go back to again.

rooms looking a bit tired and buffet breakfast disorganised with few tables for 4 and only a few coffee and fruit juice machines -not a relaxing way to start the day

Place was nice,nice swimming pools,nice view,nice,tasty food in restaurant.

Some staff from the restaurant,very rude,couldn.t explain properly,charge for using empty fridge to keep our staff there,i think,it,s have to be including hotel price,.

It's a very luxurious hotel with many facilities and water sports and my child likes the kids club sooo much

Location. Close to airport and beach

The room was clean and comfortable. The atmosphere of the hotel was good. Excellent location for beach.

Unfortunately the food was a great disappointment. We stayed for two nights, the first night we ate a la carte as wasn't too keen on the set menu. This was ok. The second night we looked forward to eating roast pork which was on the buffet. The restaurant is open between 7.00pm - 10.00pm. We had a few drinks in the bar and went to eat about 8.00pm. When asking where the roast pork was we were told it had all gone. It seems ridiculous that only one joint of pork was put out. There should have been at least three joints put out during the three opening hours, particulary as the hotel was pretty full. The manager was apologetic but couldn't offer any explanation other than it had all gone. He did offer pork tenderloin, which I accepted, however this was not very nice. Sadly the experience totally spolit our evening.

The WiFi internet connection was not free, which is unacceptable nowdays. Moreover the quality of the connection was poor resulting to be unable to work.
