Lordos Beach Hotel  

1. Bardzo profesjonalna, przyjazna I spokojna obsługa. Doskonała wakacyjna atmosfera luzu I wygody. 2. polecam miniapartament z dużym tarasem, leżakami I dostępem do prywatnego jacuzzi (tylko dla mieszkańców miniapartamentów) - doskonałe miejsce do spędzania spokojnych wieczorów po plaży.

Płatny internet: bardzo drogi (5 euro za 30 minut). Uwaga na opłaty: przy powtórnym logowaniu, nawet przed upływem 30 minut opłata pobierana ponownie, więc można wykorzystać tylko kilka minut, a zapłacić kilkanaście lub nawet kilkadziesiąt euro, jeśli ktoś zaloguje się kilka razy na krótko).

Plenty of beach-beds, a lot of swimming pools (5), small water castle, outdoor jacuzzi, nice green grass around the pools. Possibility for late check-out (+40 EUR until 5PM). There is a indoor-pool, but very small. Some very good restaurants across the street and 2 small supermarkets, where you can buy a lot of stuff, including the very important plug-adaptors for the UK-type power outlets (2EUR). Bus-station in front of hotel: 1 EUR for a ticket to the nice Larnaka "riviera".

outdoor maintainance was incredibly poor: after a storm at noon previous day, the guys started to clean the muddy/dusty beachbeds only next day an 11 AM. this meant that we had to clean it ourselves in order to sit on it before noon. Same for the pool surroundings: they started to clean the floor tiles at noon, with water hoses between the guests at the pool (very unconfortable). Also, the pools were cleaned during the mid-day (while people were inside or around). Hotel corridors had a chemical smell. Room was clean, except for he floor which was covered in a layer of thick yellow dust (+no slippers). Almost all balcony doors had bad squeaks, making almost impossible to take a nap with the door opened, if windy (also you could hear the doors from other balconies). Friday at 5PM, the "strange beach-guy" started to close all the beach umbrellas, including the one above us, like we were not there... shocking. But, if you do not care about these, the rest is very nice.

A lovely place to relax and unwind. Faciltites very good and staff very accommodating. Beach and pools excellent.

The food was very average, especailly on Cyprus night and bbq night. After a few days, the buffet became repetitive and needed more interesting choices. Would be nice to have a fine dining restaurant with a la carte options, but would probably need better, more expreienced chefs for ideas and finer cooking.

The Beach was awesome, the facilities such as pool, gym, business center were really good, Room was Beautiful (I had a Sea view room, upgraded from Side-Sea view), Bed was very comfortable (I did not have to put much effort to sleep,) Location was good also mainly because it was a quiet area whereby one could reach the city by using the Bus for 1 Euro Only, Hotel staff very friendly and most competent (except 1) but most importantly the food was amazing!! - Highly Recommended Hotel :)

An argument that aroused with one of the front desk staff who did not understand that: "The Customer is always right!!"

Traveling with 2 small (the older is not even 4 years old) kids, what we found at this hotel was above our expectations. The food, broadly speaking, is convenient for a variety of tastes, including childrens. The beach, the pools, the location were from good to excellent. Certainly it is a four star hotel, which is grossly underrated by families with kids.

Two rather minor problems that we encountered: 1. In the evenings, but generally before ten, the level of the noise was greater than we desired. 2. In our "family room", the air connditioning (which worked very well) was above the bunkbeds.

Hotels staff was great and friendly. We were at mini suite and it was ok. Great swimming pools and area for beach walk.

Dinner was not on the level where it should be (compere to breakfast and lunch).

More than enough sunloungers at the pools and the beach, relaxing atmosphere, breakfast selection suited all our tastes.

Not a 4* - rooms were in a poor state of decor, no kettle or tea/coffee, cheap bathroom products, hotel services were not well advertised or explained (E.G. spa, beach towels, 'private' vs. All guest services, etc) We were not aware until we arrived that the hotel was to be closed for refurbishment in a few weeks time. We would have booked elsewhere had we known that/guessed at the state of repair of the rooms. Pools were very cold - even the outdoor 'hot' tub!

I like the location, beautiful beach og I like the possibility to walk seaside several kilometers +the room was ok with a nice view. Some of the staff was very nice but most of the staff in the restaurant coluld smilet a lot more!!! Staff on the beach was very nice and good service with new beach towels every day.

We enjoyed the early morning walks on the beach. Both side. Easy access. Locatioin from Larnaka, Good service.Pleasant surroundings. Good value for money had a good time all round..

The location right on the beach was excellent. We liked the beach and never had any problem finding an empty lounger. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was nice that their was a bus stop located just outside the front door that took us downtown for 1 euro. The hotel shop actually had favorable prices on certain items compared to the surrounding shopping. My wife had a great massage and got quite a bit of useful information from the massage guy "Yaris". Finally, the magic show was really entertaining and good.

Our mini-suite smelled musty, probably from tracking in water from the connected jacuzzi-hot tub area. We weren't huge fans of the food, it was fine for 2-3 days but could get a little old if we were their for more days. Other than that the worst thing we took away were 2 bad sunburns!

Large Room with plenty of wardrobe space, but rooms are in need of updating.Very good breakast is provided.

Classed as a 4* Hotel which in my opinion it is not, a very good 3* it is.if anyone is wanting a relaxing holiday do not stay at this hotel,as it is very noisy.
