Lordos Beach Hotel  

It had it's own bit of beach, The staff were always very welcoming anf kind, they were there but not unobtrusive.

I did not like two beds pushed together being sold as a double bed.

Pleasant hotel although the lack of air conditioning as it was not yet "aircon season" is quite frustrating as it was warm in room and the mosquitos a small problem when door open for cooling. Otherwise a hotel I would stay on again

The hotel provided the guests with all the basic amenities. All you needed was to bring your clothes & enjoy your time there. We found the staff extremely friendly, helpful & very knowledgeable. We loved the option of choosing half-board or full-board with our booking as well. The morning & evening buffets were fantastic with a wonderful array of choices suitable for everyone's taste!

The only negative we can think of is the fact that none of the outdoor pools, including the children's waterpark, were heated, which was unfortunate as our boys were really looking forward to enjoying some time on it. The hotel has an indoor pool that is heated which would normally be a great alternative, but the lady that works the desk for the indoor pool, gym & sports equipment is not very friendly which makes the entire area very off-putting. It was obvious that they (she most definitely) would prefer the kids to be outdoors seen as they built that great area for them outside, so it was a shame to have the kids play area tempting the kids, but due to the water being so cold, none of the children could enjoy it unfortunately.

We and friend's of our's have been using the Lordos Hotel for the last 8 or 9 years. We have never been disappointed when staying there. The staff are excellent as are the facilities.

I like this hotel

Nice friendly hotel, helpful staff, good location into larnaca with good bus service for one euro. The hotel grounds are really nice and relaxing with lovely views. Breakfast was good. Good bars and taverns just accross the road. I went to visit family would stay at this hotel again next time iam in cyprus.

The patio arrangements and the functionality of all facilities.

One night the water was not warm enough for shower.The couch in the room was weared in some places.

It is nice location, rooms and good support from the staff

There is limited varieties in the food and the swimming pool is not supported by supervisors. It will be nice to extend the swimming pool after sunset

We spent our honeymoon in Lordos Beach Hotel and this was very good choice. Hotel location, beach, pools and the beautiful surrounding garden provided us great pleasure and chillout. Hotel staff is very friendly, helpful and smiling. Breakfast is the best ever I had in a hotel. Bus stop is five steps from the hotel, so we could easily reach other towns by public transport. Great hotel, wish we could go back for another week :-)

The breakfast is very poor- staff are not ready to attend to people- even requested omelette which after fighting with the kitchen they accepted to do- As for the room,- we felt that we are sleeping on wood and not a matress- I am sure the mattressess are not changed since ten years. The television is hundred years old - I can say that its from old history as I am not seeing such televistions in any hotel Iam visiting

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has several swimming pools, as well as its own beach. Even though the hotel was fully booked, it wasn't too crowded or noisy.

The food wasn't too great, and there weren't too many dining options to pick from.

We had a mini suite room. It was very nice to have a deck and jacuzzi where you can relax and smoke a sigar )). Very good breakfast for 4star hotel - high quality of the food. We didn't use pool area, but it has many sun loungers so everyone could find free place for lesure. Sea was very warm and clean, especially in the morning (best time to swim). Next time we'd prefer Turkey or uae.

However water in jacuzzi was not very clean. Probably water filter was broken so we asked hotel staff to change water. Beach was not great, but it concern to whole Cyprus - dark and wet send.

A lovely place to relax and unwind. Faciltites very good and staff very accommodating. Beach and pools excellent.

The food was very average, especailly on Cyprus night and bbq night. After a few days, the buffet became repetitive and needed more interesting choices. Would be nice to have a fine dining restaurant with a la carte options, but would probably need better, more expreienced chefs for ideas and finer cooking.
