A nappaliban lévő ágy alkalmatlan alvásra, régi, kifeküdt. A nappali berendezése elavult.

A tengerparti strand közelsége megfelelő. A szállodai medence szintén megfelelő.A szálloda melletti "KIRKI bár kifejezetten hangos és zavaró éjszaka.!!!!!

A konyha felszereltsége sok kívánni valót hagy maga után.A sok hangya zavaró,az általunk vásárolt hangya csapda meg oldotta a problémát.

A mediterrán hangulat és környezet ( a sok virág és növény) jó volt, szép volt. A tulaj vidáman, kedvesen fogadott, a személyzet segítőkész és közvetlen volt.Család- és gyermekbarát a szálloda! Az apartmanház előtti buszmegálló - a városközpontba, a repülőtérre - megkönnyítette a közlekedésünket! A buszvezetők barátságosak, udvariasak voltak, már második alkalommal ismerősként köszöntöttek. Az atrium udvarban lévő medencék hangulatosak, de a tengerre is fürdőruhában mehettünk, hisz kb. 200 m-re volt a háztól. Mindenki tudott angolul, még a szomszédban lévő "szupermarket" személyzete is!

Napközben a bárból jövő zene az udvaron kicsit hangos volt (nekünk) - de a fiatalok így szeretik!

We stayed in the hotel 2 weeks with 1 y.o. baby. Ideal place to stay with small baby: the sea with sandy beach is across the sreet, big swimming pool is on the territory (also for kids) is cleaned every day, terrace with shadow is on the left of the bar - there you can walk with the baby carriage. Very friendly & helpful staff, when we asked to change the room from 1 floor to ground - there were no problems (there are no elevator, and 1st floor is quite tricky to get with baby carriage every day). Very tasty food (big portions) is served in the bar from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., if you want - you can have there breakfast. The shop is in 2 minutes distance. Room service is every day, they change the bed and towels every 3 days. Big and clean rooms, with bath, air conditioners on request (5 euro per day), kitchen is equiped with all necessary devices. A lot of the restoraunts and shops are in 10 min walk distance.

Wi-fi is working only in public aresa and there were sometimes no connection at all during our stay. There were some problems with hot water, but only during 1 day, then there were no problems. There are no TV sets in the room - but for us it was no problem. I'd reccomend them to have fresh pressed juices in the bar, and to make cyprus coffe (not only Nescafe). And be ready for some ants in the room - they come from the street to find food :)

Quiet and very relaxing. Beautiful beach within short walk. Good food, great pool. Absolutely loved it and we would definitely go back.

Excellent location and friendly staff

Staff was incredible friendly and helpful. Larnaca is not really a dreamlocation in Cyprus, but for some reasons, we had to spend a few days there; for this purpose, it was very good value for money

The kitchen of our appartment was not really fully equipped. But this did not matter to us, and I am sure, we could have asked for additional items.

The sea is across the road

A very nice athmosphere, with a nice staff and a nice manager. Comfortable for families. Free parking, nice (but sometimes too warm) pool.

The pool was sometimes too warm, and very much chloride in it. The parking lot is not covered, so every day a lot´s of fallen leaves and other stuff fallen from the trees covered the car, but otherwise, if parking not under the trees, the car gets very hot inside.

A great place to stay. Very laid back. The staff were fun and friendly. The food is good and you get a real sense of being in Cyprus as opposed to staying in a 'resort'. There's a supermarket next door to Lysithea, so it's easy to stock up on food and sundry items, which is handy if you haven't hired a car or aren't going to. And the beach is just a minute away. Not the best beach in Cyprus, but very decent with a cafe, sun loungers etc. The pool area at Lysithea is great, with a shallow pool for toddlers and deeper pool for kicking back on a lilo or more serious swimming. Our room was cleaned every day. Overall, I'd recommend Lysithea for those wanting to check out Cyprus who are working to a tight budget.

There's very little I didn't like about Lysithea. If I'm going to be pedantic, I'd say that the apartments are quite dated and the balcony areas are a bit tight. Also, they don't serve food after 6pm, which surprised me, as they have the facilities in place to do evening meals. Apart from these minor things, there isn't much to complain about.

Excellent value for money. Could not fault anything about Lysithea. Room and pools cleaned every day, friendly staff, good location with child-friendly beach just across road.

If you decide to book this hotel (huge mistake) just ignore the photos posted as the reality is different, the rooms are very small, the furniture is really old, everything in the kitchen is unusable, old and gross, you don’t want to cook anything in there, believe me, the bathroom is just disgusting, rust is everywhere, and the whole look of the rooms is just downright depressing. My friend got stuck in the bathroom the first day because the door was broken and we could not open it until a handy man came. Also the water in the bathroom was not working the first two days so if that doesn’t ruin a trip I don’t know what will. The garden is indeed beautiful but the pool is not appealing at all, firstly is much smaller than I had ever imagined, the sides of the pool are dirty and the smell of the chlorine is overpowering. Once you get there you’ll find out the AC (air conditioner) is not included in the price of the hotel, if you want the remote that turns it up you have to pay an extra 5 Euros a day. I even sent an email beforehand worried this will happen and I specifically required the AC to be free as is understood from the description, and they said ok but when I arrived they were still asking for the extra 5 Euros a day. As you can imagine I didn’t let that be the case and after fighting with the manager I ended up having the air conditioner for free, but only because I had the printed email with me. Still no AC in the bathroom – you also have to pay extra for that.

Another annoying fact about this hotel is that they have this idiotic system where you have to put you room key into this slot in the wall right beside the door and you only have electricity if you do so, so if you think that you can go to the beach and leave your AC open so you have a nice temperature when you come back just know you can’t as you have to take your key with you and by deduction you have no electricity, so the air conditioner will not work. The super old fridge in the room was switching off and on every 30-40 minutes and when it switched on it had the loudest sound, one night we had to unplugged it because we could not sleep, the sound was so loud. The general attitude of the people in the reception is annoying beyond words, they will help you if you need anything but they will not let you forget that they are not enjoying it one tiny bit. Location wise - it is indeed near a decent beach but this hotel is basically at the periphery of Larnaca, is the last bus stop and is very far from the center, for this money you can find a better hotel, with highly better condition and with a better location, basically every other hotel has a better location then this one. I have read the reviews again now after being there and I still can believe that some people enjoyed this hotel, I for one expect to be treated decent, not to be lied to and to get what I was promise, so from my experience do not make the mistake of going here, maybe I was really unlucky and some other people really had better services.

Clean Close to the beach (across the street). Perfect beach for families with little kiddies: the entrance to the sea is very shallow and the water is very warm. Sandy. You can enter deep waters, too if you keep walking. Close to Larnaca (15 min drive) Territory of the hotel is quite nice (green) Very responsive staff. Example: we rented a 2-bedroom apt for 3 people. There was a sofa that was not made up for the 3rd person. The receptionist came right away to fix it and apologized. Example 2: we requested adaptors. Those were provided to us immediately, 1 for each. WiFi worked fine Best price/quality factor. We needed a clean place, away from the city. We planned only to sleep in the hotel, because our goal was to travel around the island. Perfect choice.

Damp Air conditioner was there, looked very old and didn't work (it was Okay to sleep though, because there were no mosquitoes so we had the windows wide open; just be aware, there are little cute lizards:) but they never visited us!) The swimming pool didn't look too clean -- we didn't risk swimming There is a tennis-court, but it was paved with asphalt.

The hotel was in a good location for us, away from the main drag of hotels but with easy access to the beach and some nice restaurants nearby. The pool was excellent and on the week days was relatively quiet with plenty of sun beds to go around. It was good that there is a separate kids pool. The setting is very nice and there is loads of free parking. The apartment was very basic but very clean and a good size - it suited our needs as we were out and about most of the time and just needed a base.

Air conditioning is not included in the price, it costs 5 euros extra per day when you get there , although the booking.com write up suggests it is included. We had to move apartments as our air conditioning unit was very old and didn't work at all - in 40+ degrees heat it was an absolute necessity. The hotel staff were good when we complained about the air conditioning and sent somebody to look at it but having had it repaired it was no better so we were offered a different apartment with a new a/c unit which was much much better. We saw that the next day the old a/c unit in the first apartment was being removed. No tv in the apartments and only Cypriot terrestrial tv at the pool bar. Normally this wouldn't have bothered us but we had hoped to watch the Wimbledon men's final and so went elsewhere to do so.

The place is very nice , very neat and very comfortable . Moreover , its very peaceful , quit and relaxing . Add on that a very good price . That's an amazing deal .

The location of the hotel is right in front of CTO beach which is not close to city center or other attractions inside Larnaca. I was attending a music event at CTO beach thats why the hotel suited me very well .

This Hotel is one of the best for this little money. We are Dutch people, live in Cyprus and like to go out for a few nights to explore more in Cyprus. For Larnaca this is the best place: quiet, good service, nice apartments. Dit hotel is een van de beste voor dit geld. Wij zijn Nederlanders, wonen in Cyprus en willen graag een paar nachten weg om meer te ontdekken in Cyprus. Voor Larnaca is dit de beste plek: rustig, goede service, mooie appartementen.

The only thing is that the A/C is not working properly for a midsummer night. Just one unit for as well living room as bedroom. But, no complaints! Het enige is dat de airco niet goed werkt voor een midzomernacht. Slechts één blazer voor zowel de woonkamer als voor de slaapkamer. Maar, geen klachten!
