Air conditioner costs extra 5 euro per day. We got an apartment at the sunny side and it was very hot all day long from early morning to late night even in the middle of September. There was almost no point in air conditioning, as the power is off when you're out. Sometimes it was noisy outside, when trucks and buses were passing by. We often noticed these tiny ants. Wi-fi is in the pool area, it is really poor in the evening. Sometimes I could not even talk by Skype without camera, although there were nobody else at the pool area.
The apartments are located close to the Kalamies beach, the most comfortable beach in Pernera for families with babies. A small church at the pier also makes the beach beautiful. There is a good restaurant on the beach, "Kalamies", with a great cuisine, wi-fi and seaview (wi-fi actually reaches the sunbeds on the beach!). There are supermarkets, small shops, caffees and other restaurants around. A bus stop is nearby, where you can take a bus to Protaras, Agia Napa etc. We travelled with a baby, and when we arrived we found no baby cot in the room. The owning lady specially sent someone to Larnaca to get a brand new baby cot for us, as all baby cots were in use at the moment by other customers who were staying with babies. We were also provided with an electric teapot by request. We checked out one day earlier than I had booked, and Andreas, the owner, didn't charge us for that day. You can order a taxi at the reception to the Larnaca airport for 55 euro (extra 15 euro for a baby seat). Housekeepers work good and clean out all these ants. Actually the accomodation is not bad for the money.
