Mediterranean Beach Hotel

The room was fantastic. Very up to date. Grounds and Beach were spectacular. Best grounds that I saw. I was able to check in early and stay late. The common areas were excellent.

I did get charged 2 Euros for a bucket of ice.

Feels like a 3 star hotel, not a 4. Very few employees must take care of way too many tourists (99% of which are Russians) , as the hotel management is probably trying to save money by having less personal. The bathrooms are horrible, there are employees at the reception who's english is very poor, and who get attitudal with you when you don't understand their russian-english accent. (Hello Sergey!). Anyway, I would recommend this hotel if it was at half the price, and even then I'd still have to think about it, considering the quality offered.

It was really great, lots of things to do there's two pools which where well designed, the kids would love it there, it also has well maintained beach clean sands, and is safe to swim in. there is a great spa with a gym, there is a wide varity of things to do, there is a pool table, also a ping-pong table ( table tennis), huge chess set which you have to carry the pices and take them to where you want to move them,,, which all the kids enjoyed. at night there is a live music performance which was acceptable,,,

the service wasn't up to a 4 star hotel, what amazed me is i was standing infront of the reception and no one asked me what i needed, althought there were several employees passing me by, they even saw me standing and stairing at them, calling them from the room wasn't better the phone will ring 6-7 times before they pick up, at the begining i thought that they might be under staffed, but that wasn't the case. Another thing, the whole hotel ran out of water for 2 hours, but that is common in cyprus to what i heared from locals.

Everything was great. The hotel had 6 restaurants which were open 3 at the afternoon and 3 at night. Especially the italian restaurant was great. The staff was very polite and helpful.

My wife is afraid of cats and cats were everywhere while we were having dinner. The hotel generally was full of cats.

The room and the swimming pool were not very clean. The food (except from breakfast) was bad.

Beautiful hotel! The room was fantastic and the breakfast was great. The staff was courteous and overall pretty good. Centrally located so we were able to travel the entire island by car during the day and come back to sleep at the hotel in the evening.

The beach was nice.

Rooms with inland view are the worst, you cannot sleep because of the noise . If you want sea-side view you have to pay a little bit too much if you as me for the rates of the hotel.
