No free wi-fi at the lobby, thats so bad, so bad. Personel is not skilled and nice some moments. It was hard to explain sickness of having one device per a wi-fi connection system!

The staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. Breakfast is a feast. Swimmingpools are attractive. Ocean view, always a huge positive.

Good friendly staff and good location hotel was clean and well maintained had everything you could want although spa facilities could have been slightly better.

If i was to complain about anything it would be the check out not really that friendly did not communicate and did not ask if we enjoyed the stay.

The only good thing about the hotel was the breakfast bar!

At first they couldn't find our reservation from booking.com and we had to wait until they made arrangements for the room. When we went to the room we saw that they had given us a room with 2 single beds even though we had requested one double. We had to wait again in the lobby while they arranged another room. On the second day after breakfast we returned to our room to find the door wide open and two men sitting on our bed. We asked what they were doing and they said they were checking the mini bar. Finally when we went to the reception to check out they gave us an invoice for more money than what we booked the room for from booking.com. We complained and after a few minutes they said they had made a mistake.

The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good indeed!

The pillows were very soft which caused pain in our back and neck during the night. Also there was no body lotion to be used after the bath. Soap was used for the bath (causing the skin to dry) instead of shower gel! Double glazed windows must be installed to minimise noise/disturbance from outside! I hope our comments should be taken into consideration and things will be even better next time that we visit the hotel!

The Mediterranean Beach Hotel is a tremendous place. We enjoyed a delightful suite with a sea-view from our private balcony in the central wing. In all matters the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. In particular, I want to commend two of the waitresses, one in the bar off the lobby, and one who served breakfast. I regret that I did not write down their names for this review, but they are sisters from Australia. I hope that the management notifies them of my review. Both were extremely friendly, with great senses of humour, but remained consummate professionals. The breakfast is an astounding array of European offerings, including a full English breakfast for those who travel to Cyprus for such a choice.

Amazingly, they charge for Wifi use. 15 euros per day is outrageous, given that we stayed at hotels that charged 60 euros per night, with Wifi included. This needs a radical reversal!

Hotel staff was not very pleasant and a bit rude, the bathroom was not a bathroom of a 4Star Hotel since it needs renovation, pool was unique but not a 4Star Hotel pool, got charged 2Euro for donating money to the Anticancer Organisation without even being asked

I didn't like several parts of the hotel: 1. Internet is EUR 15 per day - absurd. 2. The wing of the hotel I was placed in didn't have direct access. It was necessary to go up a half-flight of steps, walk in one direction, then go down another flight of steps (or take the elevator) - very inconvenient. There were often unwashed room service plates and trays on the stairwell. This shows really sloppy management. 3. On departure, the receptionist tried to charge me a fee for not returning some kind of towel card. Ridiculous. I refused - but this kind of service indicates really bad management procedures. It's a nice property, but there are a number of problems with management which, if changed, would really bring it up to the 4 star standard they project.
