the staff were verty nice & the breakfasts were very very good , with plenty to eat.i had to upgrade to a sea view room due to the roadside room being too noisy the only gripe i had was that i could not any bottles of cold water in the fridge |

pools and beach in the room, no coffee and tea facility. also, no access to the fridge for personal items. and finally, for the kids play station no access to the channel on the TV. |

Relaxing enviroment. The room was good (except of twin beds) and the breakfast was great. Excellent sea view (pools, beach, breakwaters). The staff was very helpfull and proactive. Sea was clean and warm. Towels and beach chairs were removed after 19.00. |

The hotel is very clean with good facilities and in an excellent location with access to the beach. Perfect for families with children. The choice of dining options and buffet breakfast were excellent In general i could find no fault with the hotel itself my only criticism was that the receptionfront office staff were in general very unfriendly and not at all helpful which is such a shame since the rest of the staff we encountered in the hotel were extremely courteous,polite and friendly |

Great outdoor areas and pool. Staff at the reception very friendly. Nautica Tavern which is situated just beside the pool is great. Pool bar snacks are also nice however the service is a bit slow. Great breakfast. Plenty of variety. Jacuzzi and sauna is 8 euros per person extra. I believe that once they belong to the hotel's facilities they shouldnt have been charged extra. Also no free internet. There should be an area where it will allow guests to use their own computer to connect to the internet for free. |

The staff was very helpfull, kind and willing for any help we needed for! Generally the hotel was very clean and calm and the braekfast very "rich". I think the bathrooms need serious renovation. As the hotel is adduced as eco friendly they must apply double flush plates for WCs and better shower rain. |

The Hotel General Manager that when we complained on rooms not being clean and staff being inpolite, dealt with them promptly and politely. Not clean room in the ground floor. Indifferent reception staff. |

Clealiness throughout the hotel public areas, restaurants, grounds and swimming pools. Hotel staff however are mainly foreigners with strong East European accents and to my view they are still being trained hence they lack experience. Front Office/Reception staff are rather cold and indifferent; not too knowledgable and give wrong information, a sign that the hotel is not a 4 Stars category; the staff disappears from Reception Desk at regualr intervals and the guest has to stand there waiting for them to re-appear!! |

Nice, big and modern hotel next to a private beach. Excellent breakfast. Good parking facilities. Although the room was a double-bed one, the beds really were single and put next to each other. |

It is a good hotel and the staff are excellent. Facilities are good and the location is good. I would stay again The rooms are in need of a refurb and the hotel food is far too expensive. It is not possible to obtain a reasonably priced snack. |

the hotel offers inland view rooms, but you have to take a sea view room with a small upgrade or the noise from the road becomes too much. Reason being that the outside main road is used at the first part of the night as a road runner track by youngsters of Limassol, ideally take a room facing the pool, not just sea view / half facing the road. |

free parking It is in need of a makeover. The rooms are outdated and very few have double beds. The inland view is actually facing a very busy road that is nonstop, especially on the weekends. Internet charges are 5 Euro for half an hour which is criminal. |

The public areas of the hotel, including the pool and sea front areas, are really excellent. Rooms with a sea view must be really wonderful. The range and food quality at breakfast was excellent. Our room maid couldn't have been nicer. We were charged for a bottle of water that we did not use, the reception staff refunded the money but they bordered on being rude and no apology was offered. We stored our drinks in the 'mini-bar, when it was checked our things were thrown out and we were told that they would make fridge smell! The public areas of the hotel were 4 *; our room, was 3* at the best; the hotel said that there were mountain views from the room, if you can see through buildings then there probably are! The 'mountain view' rooms actually face the busy main road and the noisy bars opposite. On Saturday night the hotel becomes very busy, parking is virtually impossible. It is too far to walk into the centre of town. |

Hotel was ideally situated for the overnight stay I needed between two days of a golf competition. Plenty of choice for meals at nearby establishments for those who do not wish to "eat in". Excellent value for money at this time of year. Although the hotel did not appear to be full, the parking lot was overcrowded, with cars squeezed into corners not meant for parking, or up on pavements. Also, I would have appreciated tea/coffee-making facilities in the room. |
