Everything is ok, but real problem and stupid system take twice money from credit card for room. My money still dont come back to my account.

Unfortunately I am a client to this hotel ;I found that their prices is very high compared to the room and quality of breakfast compared to other hotels on four stars bases. The staff is very aggressive and not very nice ,they try but they seems fake. Itell something happened to me ,I saw theguest relation by accident infront of the reception she said oh you are here ,listen I have send an invitaton to our regular guests and I didn"t know you were here so come this evening for free drink. Of course I didn"t go . beside the reception are very hostile and villege style not decent though they took too much money for nothing I will never go back and I terminate my loyality to this hotel after so many years almost fifteen years because they are commercial and very materialistic, they take much money and give no standar or style. The location and becuase infront there is fran bar and resturant.

Your system to collect yourbill is very bad the totalcost was 855euro you deduct all ready 470 euro and finaly you exige 855 meaning you take from my acct 1325euro it isnt correct now iam on the way to call my bank ;;bad service

Very nice hotel and the breakfast was wonderful. The walls were really thin and I could hear everything going on in the next room and hallway.

The food both breakfast & our meal at Baccas restaurant You are a 4 star hotel & yet you do not have coffee/tea making facilities in all rooms. This is expected & needs urgent attention.

Beach and gardens and the pools and spa Internet access expensive and not enough flexibility to have frequent but short access to the internet. Need to have pay-per-usage access! ie pay for 12 hours that can be used as and when required - not expiring after 12 hours whether you use it or not!

Nice Hotel with generally good standards and some excellently friendly and hospitable staff members.Whilst it took 3 attempts to get us in a room of acceptable standards (The first two were the size of postage stamps) the accomodation was comfortable. Some of the staff in this hotel should not be in the hospitality industry. Also it is such a shame that you can not get an espresso at breakfast before 9am.

It is a convenient and pleasant place for me to stay. On the whole I enjoyed my stay very much but the room service was not great - I suppose it was in the off season Room service - not great

1-The staff were efficient at breakfast 2-the room was clean 1-It was freezing cold and yet there were no blankets on the beds-just thin summer covers-this forced us to have the heating on all night 2-our bath was very narrow and the bath tap only worked when the shower was also running-very confusing 3-most of the personnel at reception were rude and unhelpful and made mistakes with our reservation and then not apologising 4-we were charged for using things from the fridge while the fridge was locked-unacceptable to me 5-was our room deluxe?-much too small for that-our room at Premier Inn, Kensington was bigger

Good value for money. Very nice hotel for the summer with nice garden and swimming pool. We visited the hotel in Feb and the heating in the lobby was switched off!! The next morning we wanted to swim in the indoor pool but the water was cold!! Big disappointment from a hotel like Mediterranean Beach Hotel.

Facilities and public (common) places of the hotel nicely decorated. Room wasn't very clean especially the bathroom. found hair on the floor and the towel, the tap of the basin and the toilet wasn't clean and the floor of the room was half laminated and the other half carpened which does not suit to a 4 star hotel.

The breakfast was fine and the staff there was nice. We were offered a wine testing one evening. The hotel was noisy.See street far two noisy,cars using it as a racing track until 4 o clock in the morning.The cleaning staff arriving very early in the morning banging doors made the nights very short.We also had drunken neigbour laughing and joking all night. We are travelling a lot and never had had such bad nights before.

Interia design, layout of outdoor swimming and lounging area , closeness to the sea loved the room with seaview and balcony Appreciated the BIrthday Cake. Liked the christmas eve entertainment As a "cat lover" liked them in the hotel grounds.
