The hotel structure is very beautiful and more than a 4 stars. It's in a very good position for the night life and for shopping, the beach it's only 5 minutes walking. The cleanliness could have been better. |

Reception staff were ok, the porter was friendly. I've stayed in this hotel before and had a great time, well there reputation has gone downhill with me - they overbooked the superior pool view rooms and they called me at 12pm I was actually on my way there - and asked would I change to a superior inland view. It is so unfair that hotels overbook rooms on the basis that guests cancel at last minute, I however didnt cancel and was asked to downgrade to an inland view room. The inland rooms have terrible views, if you are staying in this hotel for more than 7 days then please insist on a pool view room - it will make your holiday so much better. The inland room we had this time was facing the local church which had it's annual independance day on Sunday and they started singing from 7am... |

A brilliant place to stay! Hotel is next to bars and restaurants and also to the harbour and city beach, but it is also a quiet place. Nice rooms, a very beautiful pool area. Tasty breakfast. Well designed bar and restaurant area. Nice guests (no noisy groups). And last but not least: a very friendly staff! Everything was perfect! |

Its a 5 minute walk to bars, restaurants and beach. The restaurant itself has a good swimming pool and comfortable rooms. Good value for the money. The gym was a complete mess and with poor airconditioning. The indoor breakfast area had no airconditioning which is terrible in Cyprus weather. |

The location is excellent, very central, with a bus station outside the hotel to major ayia napa beaches. The rooms are renovated and very clean. Breakfast is good and the staff are both very helpful and cheerful. I would definitely go there again. Great Value for Money The Air conditioning in the room needed repair. But the hotel took care of the problem in less than 30 min... |

The facility to be able to use the pool and at the same time have a room available to rest etc. On two occassions the cleaning of the room was done after 2.00 pm |

Brilliant, just brilliant. Fantastic location for a night out in Ayia Napa, no need for taxis which is a massive bonus, walking distance to bars at night. Chilled out atmosphere by the pool. Couples only, no big groups. Very competitvely priced as well - bar food, drinks etc. Would definitely stay here again. Pool side toilets could be given more attention, but they are forgiven because of everything else! Breakfast hot food should be warmer - letting themselves down come on! |

My staying at the hotel was really nice, the swimming pool was excellent and the room was very clean I did not like the fact that we forced to pay on arrival. |

The hotel staff were excellent and very friendly especially at the pool bar. Breakfast was good having a wide variety of choices.The very central location of the hotel ensured a great time. The shower water pressure was poor in our room. Initial issue and replacement poolside towels were not available before 10.00am. |

Is at the centre of Ayia Napa and you can walk wherever you want to go. I never used my car during the 2 days i stayed there. Internet, wifi should be working in the rooms. Also the reception asked me to pay my bill in advance and pay 10 euros deposit for the remote control of the rooms TV. |

Location Hotel was definitely not a 4 star. It was an old hotel that was only half refurbished. A 2 star hotel with a 4 star facade. |

Nagyon szép és tiszta volt a hotel, a 0hotel belső udvara a belső medencével lenyűgöző. A reggeli kínálata és minősége kiváló. a szállodához tartozó edzőterem nem a legkorszerűbb, illetve a szauna nem működött. |

Der Service in diesem Hotel war sehr gut. Im gesamten Hotel wurde immer für einen hohen Grad an Sauberkeit gesorgt. Das Personal trat immer freundlich zuvorkommend´auf. Aufgrund seiner Lage ist es nachts schon etwas laut durch die Veranstaltungen in der Partymeile. |

l'accueil est chaleureux. La piscine est vraiment bien ainsi que les chambres. L'hotel est très animé et la salle de sport est géniale. c'est un hotel très bien situé pour les sorties le soir puisque les boites de nuit et restaurants sont dans la même rue. L'église à coté était très bruyante. Un homme chante tous les matins à 7h à 12h et le soir. Le plus énervant est l'église qui sonne parfois pendant 1h et à n'importe quel moment. Enfin le cafard trouvé dans la chambre m'a un peu dégoutée. Mais bon il y en a dans tous les pays chaud. |

The hotel is renovated , with very nice pubs and club .it is the type of hotel that you think why they have only 3 stars , they should have 4 .Perfect for couple for a long weekend out . the room was not well cleaned for all the 3 days that we staied , not towel changed for all the period , they should improve in this point . |
