we booked this hotel for our honey Moon and just came back it was Awesome...they gave us a very nice champaine from bar as a gift for our honey moon on the arrival and the best room available on that date every thing was perfect.the staff was very charming and friendly with us.the swimming pool was great and very good place for relaxing because there are no children allowed in this hotel.the break fast was awesome i dont know what to write everything was great and we love to visit there next year...... bytheway it was in the center of the ayia napa and everything was near to hotel and the noise from the church and the disco's around was not bothering us because of the sound proof windows....

Great pool and other facilities. Breakfast was good and also possibility to eat dinner at the hotel witch was in my opinion quite cheap. Room were clean and staff was very helpful and spoke very good english.

Excellent location, good food, clean and beautiful. There are not kids, mainly young people, very nice bars and restaurants. The music and DJ in pepermill lounge are best in town. The air conditioner worked not well during the day and evening time.

Me and My husband have just come back from our Honeymoon at the Napa Plaza, and it was absolutely amazing! Staff are fantastic and make you feel very welcome, especially Sinis and Papis at the yacht pool bar, Constinia on Reception, and Papis in Cafe Central. The maids are brilliant as our room was always cleaned everyday with fresh towels etc. The buffet breakfast is Perfect, so much variety to choose from and even a glass of Cava if you wanted!!!! The Location is fantastic, because its in the centre of everything, not far to get to shops, bars, restaurants and the beach etc, Although the hotel itself has brilliant bars and restaurants, so you dont need to go anywhere at all!!!! Beautiful pool area to relax at and also other facilities Spa, gym, games area etc.................. All in all a amazing hotel, and we will be definatly going back!!!!!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and we enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel. Lounging around the pool was very relaxing.

i really enjoyed the room luxuries and the pool view from the balcony. the staff were willing to help you and serv you all the time. excellent breakfast! i think is expensive. they should make more offers, especially during weekdays.

probably best looking in Ayia Napa, substantial breakfast, very good pool, close to clublife. it's vey close to local church and twice per week there were very loud religious songs heard in the room

Very friendly and cheerful staff,they even upgraded our room . The hotel location was great right at the heart of the city.although it's one of the most noisy towns , but when you are inside your room you can't hear anything from outside Just perfect !!! Would definitely recommend it, specially for couples. Best get superior room with pool view. It's worth the while.
