Nice atmoshere, very friendly staff, good food

Reception staff very friendly and kindly allowed us a complimentary early check in.

The view from our room (not a pool facing pool) looked straight into what appeared to be lower budget self catering apartments full of 18 - 30 noisy students getting drunk on their balconies. Without your curtains closed you have no privacy in your room.

Me and My husband have just come back from our Honeymoon at the Napa Plaza, and it was absolutely amazing! Staff are fantastic and make you feel very welcome, especially Sinis and Papis at the yacht pool bar, Constinia on Reception, and Papis in Cafe Central. The maids are brilliant as our room was always cleaned everyday with fresh towels etc. The buffet breakfast is Perfect, so much variety to choose from and even a glass of Cava if you wanted!!!! The Location is fantastic, because its in the centre of everything, not far to get to shops, bars, restaurants and the beach etc, Although the hotel itself has brilliant bars and restaurants, so you dont need to go anywhere at all!!!! Beautiful pool area to relax at and also other facilities Spa, gym, games area etc.................. All in all a amazing hotel, and we will be definatly going back!!!!!

Everything, the location is great, the staff were so friendly, the value for money, and every single thing was perfect, I strongly recommend it.

we booked this hotel for our honey Moon and just came back it was Awesome...they gave us a very nice champaine from bar as a gift for our honey moon on the arrival and the best room available on that date every thing was perfect.the staff was very charming and friendly with us.the swimming pool was great and very good place for relaxing because there are no children allowed in this hotel.the break fast was awesome i dont know what to write everything was great and we love to visit there next year...... bytheway it was in the center of the ayia napa and everything was near to hotel and the noise from the church and the disco's around was not bothering us because of the sound proof windows....

We like napa plaza hotel because it in a good location for all the fun side for kids and adult. It very near to the fun fair park where you have to ride on the big wheel and booster, sling shot very scary fun, beaches, boat trip, black pearl ship pirate, restuarants, sea adventures, shops, bars, magic dance water, banks, atm cash machines kiosk, etc. it very close to many things to do, we loved it, at night the street comes alive, buzy with people, on the street they have the dance heads game in form of like cartoon there are so many entertainment going on there at night. Just remember to charge-up your camera so you dont miss all the action.

The hotel should add more english channells cartoons for kids, and more action or comedy movie channels. At the moment the channels they have are all mostly in german language tooo bad. Secondly internet need to be upgraded for high speed and well functioning. Tv need to be upgraded to flat screen tv for better view, the Tv they have at the moment is toooo old fashion and not enjoyable for viewing.

Excellent location, good food, clean and beautiful. There are not kids, mainly young people, very nice bars and restaurants. The music and DJ in pepermill lounge are best in town.

The air conditioner worked not well during the day and evening time.
