Le camere si affacciano sul bar piscina dove fino a tarda ora della notte si svolgono forti ed accesi rumori

Posizione fuori cita,pulizia della camera carente,gli asciugamani si cambiano ogni 3 giorni,molto ma molto rumoroso di sera,insoma non vale la pena alogiare la.

Nessun aspetto negativo, staff gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, location per la vita notturna ottima e appartamenti grandi ben arredati e con tutti I confort

Nice area, Great people [not staff] Bambus is the best staff who's working at the bar.

Beds are not comfortable! a/c cost a lot of money. you can't stay your a/c on if you leave for 2 mins the room or open the balcony.

Nice for the price. Clean and comfortable with good facilities.

we booked the studio for 4 nights, but they upgraded our reservation to a one bed room apt. hotel staff is good, everybody smiles in your face, and help you as much as they can. room is clean although you can find few very small black ants in the living room after cleaning, so i couldn't bare the idea of dropping anything on the floor. you have to walk about 10 minutes to get the square (where all the pubs are), but the good thing that it was only a straight line. there's a supermarket just next to the hotel, which has everything with very good prices. on the right of the hotel there's a gas station, i think it's only gas station in ayia napa, so it was gr8 that it was next to the hotel, there's a bike hiring place close to the hotel, which was great, because it gave us a bike for 5 days for a very good price.

the hotel was a bit far from nissi beach where most young couples, and young people go to, we needed around 10 minutes to get to nissi beach using the motorbike. you have to pay 6 euros/day for each condition you want to use.. check in is at 2, we got to ayia napa at 10, and they said we can't check in before 2, we should have reserved the room a day before, but it didn't make any sense since the hotel was a bit empty and the room was prepared.

Bath and swimming pool. Location is also nice, it is in a quit area, but still close enough to the center. If you are going to the beach you will need 15 minutes walk.

The building is old. Beacause of it, there is a discomfort that you can fill. Limited parking space.

The studio was ok to stay in for two weeks. We found the equipment we needed to prepare our meals, the beds were good, and the room was kept clean. As we do not swim this time of the year, the distance from the beaches did not matter, and we could go for walks in all directions. The pool-area was nice for sunbathing, and it was not so crowded, you could always find a sunbed.

The view from our window was limited to the neighbouring house and roofs with waterbarrels. Our balcony had sun from 1.30 P.M. to 3.00 P.M. , which made it necessary to stay by the pool if you wanted to sunbathe.

Very roomy and great location ,free parking

η εξτρα χρεωση στο air condition. μια για του δωματιου και μια για το σαλονι

Apart hotel sympa ! accueil excellent, personnel de l'hotel très sympatique ! belle piscine ! chambres très propre ! tout près du quartier animé de Ayia Napa!

à pied , un peu loin de la plage, 20 minutes de marche

Dragut, comod, si destul de curat. Raport calitate pret destul de slabut.

A trebuit sa platim 6 euro / zi pentru aer conditionat si 2 euro / zi pentru safe deposit box, cu toate ca in prezentarea camerei nu spuneau ca aceste dotari ale camerei trebuiesc platite. Foarte departe de plaja, si departe de centru. In 5 zile s-a facut curatenie o singura data dar fara a schimba prosoapele si lenjeria. Nu recomand acest hotel.
