Recepcja stwierdziła ,że ma overbooking. Nasz pokój był potwierdzony przez managera z hotelu mailowo.Oświadczono ,że mają konferencje . Była to nieprawda . Na konferencje , nie przyjeżdza grupa emerytów z neckermana i TUI .Zaproponowano nam inny hotel z dla od morza i miasta. Nie mieliśmy wyjścia bo był wieczór i byliśmy z dzieckiem. |

The design, out of a modern architecture book The reception staff tried to ask for more money for the stay (they intend to screw booking.com by listing "Junior Suites" -- in fact just a longer room -- of up to 4 people but attempting to charge a non-commissionable extra fee for 2 adults and 2 kids) |

This was a nice hotel within about 10 to 15 mins walk from the port and centre. The hotel has a jacuzzi, steam room and sauna although all are extras (each one 5 euros per half hour) that have to be paid. The safety deposit box and internet (10 euros per day) are also extra charge , which I found quite annoying although the bar down the road has free WIFI access. Considering the price of the rooms, these could have been included in the price. |

2 swimming pools (1 for children 1 for adult). The beach not very far. The junior suite : spacious confortable.... One of the receptionist was unpleasant. |

It's not exactly on the beach, which can't be understaood from the advert. You have to cross a town road to get there. A distance is very small though - it takes you 4 minutes to get there. |

Hotel staff was excellent .I give note 10 to the maid, head room in restaurant, bartender.Food was great. They have a 10+ restaurant The booking.ro rules and conditions isn't the same as the hotel.The Internet should be free in the lobby, but is not (I chose this hotel of the 4 stars with free internet access. I spend nearly 100euro on Wifi internet fee (in whole hotel was reward WiFi network. |

Stayed at the Grant Suite ,during Easter. Excellent -luxurious and spacious room, smilling and polite staff, lovely location, breakfast boufet enormous, cleaning service every day , cosy bar with life music on Friday's....HIGHLY RECOMENDED More life music for the Andama Bar and some upbeat pop easy listening music from the DJ, not only chill out. |

Easy staying, everything was possible to get from the hotel (food drinks, pool) Thing that food menus had to be asked in the bar was confusing. Food menus could be seen somewhere without asking. |

With no visible reason they upgraded(meaning: improved) our room type to bungalow. Staff and service is absolutely perfect. Meal choice at breakfast is very wide and quality is excellent. I love it. |

άνεση, design και καλή εξυπηρέτηση. ευχάριστες φατσούλες στην reception !!! οι εσωτερικοί χώροι είναι πολύ προσεγμένοι και άνετοι. η εξωτερική του εμφάνιση το αδικεί ως ξενοδοχείο. |

Aardige staf. Mooi design. Zeer gehorige kamer. Klapperende deur naar trap, en onrustige buren die letterlijk te verstaan waren, alle voetstappen, douche en wcgebruik was te horen. Laatste nacht niet geslapen! |

Het zijn mooie design kamer met overal in het hotel mogelijkheden om te loungen, het ontbijt en dinner was zeer uitgebreid. Het personeel heel vriendelijk en het strand vlak bij, kortom een perfect hotel om eens lekker uit te rusten en te genieten van de luxe die dit hotel heeft te bieden. |

Das Hotel hat uns ausgesprochengut gefallen! Die Halle und die Aufenthaltsräume sind außerordentlich gut gestaltet."Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl in diesem Hotel!" Das Personal ist sehr gut geschult und sehr liebenswürdig. Es war alles bestens! |
