Situat la 100 de metri de plaja Grecian, Napa Mermaid oferă mese rafinate, precum şi camere de tip boutique, cu vedere la Marea Mediterană. Are 2 piscine, un club de sănătate cu cadă cu hidromasaj, precum şi o recepţie cu program non-stop. Camerele de la Napa Mermaid Design Hotel&Suites oferă balcoane private şi sunt decorate cu materiale naturale. Oaspeţii se pot bucura de TV prin satelit şi se pot relaxa în cada din baia privată. Cele 2 restaurante şi baruri oferă o vedere spectaculoasă spre mare şi servesc o varietate de preparate din bucătăria locală şi internaţională. Barul oferă muzică live aproape în fiecare noapte. Alte facilităţi de la modernul Napa Design Hotel includ o sală de gimnastică şi un teren de tenis. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel not too crowded, few kids. Food was good Room was a bit small but functional Hotel looked much better than most others in the surroundings.

I liked everything besides the facts below:) I had to be sent upstairs by the waiter from the restaurant which was right next to the swimming pool so I can wear a t-shirt.I Found it very annoying since its 40 degrees and you are sitting right by the pool.If its somewhere inside I would understand. The other annoying thing was that the walls are too thin so on my only 1 day holiday that I had to get some good sleep I had to hear a child screaming for 3-4 hours next room from 7am

This hotel is amazing,i dont have words to tell for that hotel,i feld like I king over there,the service is awesome,the staff is very friendly ,they are running to help you,rooms was very clean......you should go to fell that excpireance!!!! Just the best holidays ever.

Cleanliness, style, friendliness, good facilities, lovely pool, the fruit sticks by the pool. Very relaxing holiday at Napa Mermaid. 2 single beds pushed together with 2 separate duvets instead of a double bed with 1 single duvet. The view was a bit misleading, "side sea view" would have been better described as "side sea view overlooking the car park"

We enjoyed our staying at Napa Mermaid very much. The hotel has a stylish modern design, which we liked. The beds in the room are very comfortable. Good point for the girls - there is a professional hairdryer in the room. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is very rich with wide choice of meals. There is a beach closed to Napa Mermaid, 5 minutes walk. We also visited another beaches in Agia Napa, they all are wonderful - sandy and clear, water is really warm. I would definely come back to Napa Mermaid. We had B&B at Napa Mermaid. Once we tried dinner there (buffet), but it is very expensive an I do not recommend to get dinner there. For the same price (or cheaper) you will get really nice dinner in the town. (I would recommend Sage and Limelight restaurants. Sage is high-class restaurant with delichious food. Limelight taverna (find it in Google) has authenthic cypriot atmosphere with live music. They have cypriot cuisine (portions are huge!).

Great staff, very helpful and Cyprus has surpassed all our expectations. Great place to visit and enjoy some free time. Visit to Fig Tree Bay is a must.

I really liked the hotel. The rooms weren't very spacious but it was ok. The breakfast and dinner were really good. I really enjoyed it.

Clean pool towels everyday, breakfast, outstanding room maids, gentle staff, beautiful furniture. Only to be very picky, a couple of things could have been free to be the cherry on the cake: 1. wi-fi in the room is a bit too expensive (5 euro per hour, 20 per day, 50 per week; anyway there's to say that it's free in the public area in front of the reception); 2. they told me that late- checking out at 4pm instead of 12pm was 45 euro.

This hotel has a very helpful staff and a nice location. The environment is calm and serene, and it is at the same time, 100 meters from the beach. It has a very rich and tasty international breakfast which I particularly liked. It is also 10-15mns walk to the centre of Ayia Napa. The outdoor pool is a bit small. The jaccuzi, steam and health club area need some maintenance. The SPA is too small (only one room).

I liked the engagement of the staff, the services quality and the hotel design (including the pool and the bar). I didn't liked the coffee available at the breakefast. I think a better quality coffee (I.E. italian expresso) will definetly satisfy all customer's expectations.

The design of the hotel is great, lovely lounge bar, pool area and pool bar with reasonable prices. Most of the rooms have side sea view and the beach is accessible by crossing just the road in front of the hotel. The hotel is also within walking distance from Ayia Napa's center. For sure we will be back there soon :)

Love the design and the sun beds. Romantic escape that's not too far from the city centre. Approx. 15 min walking distance. The traffic that's a bit too close to the hotel.
