Navarria Hotel  

Very nice bar/lounge area, great massage in health club, good gym and nice pool area.

Breakfast needed to be microwaved after choosing as it was not kept warm enough on hotplate, however it was still a nice breakfast for a 3* hotel.

The receptionist at the hotel...as I recall her name was cryso....was the best thing in the hotel...she was helpful...with a smile on her face all the time...we had a great chat and she told me everything I need to know about cyprus...other than that...i did not like the hotel

The hotel is cosy with a big lobby . the swimmingpool is rather big with a nice garden around it . my seaview room was spacious with a beatifull view . breakfast was basic but it was more than enouph for the price I paid .

Carpet had stains and the hotel needs painting .

Bad internet connection, except the lobby.

Very little. The location was near a derelict site. The room smelt damp and was grubby. The corridors were opressive. The breakfast was rubbish. When we tried to leave after one night the manager told us that as we had arrived we were contract bound to stay 3 nights as booked and we coudl not have a refund. We protested and showed them the 'contract' on the e-mail from booking.com and they got annoyed with us. They also refused to the booking.com rep who phoned them on our behalf and in the end just laughed at us (literally) saying they had our money and that was all they cared about. Despite the factmthat we may lose 156Euros we left as staying longer at this pathetic establishment after this debacle had become untenable for us.

Already complained to booking.com who have kindly offered to help us get our money back. I will be sending scans of the bill and my credit card statement when it arrives next month. I am VERY inpressed with booking.com who were attempting to help us right from the start. I hoipe they will be able to refund us somehow.

First of all, a staff called Chryso, she organised my tour and gave me all the details of restaurants and clubs, extremely helpful and friendly... The dinner is nice as well

Gee, had cockroaches in the room, all the furniture and towels in very bad condition and the bathroom would flood all the time we had shower, really nasty

It is near to the beach, the breakfast was good and it was quiet.

The check in time was at 2 o clock but rooms weren't ready and we have to wait for 1.5 hour. The check out day the reception was bothered because we extended our staying for 45 min.

τίποτα συγκεκριμμένα

τα δωμάτια χρειάζονται άμεσα ανακαίνιση. όση καθαριότητα και να υπάρχει, τα παλιά έπιπλα, οι σκισμένες κουρτίνες και το χαλί σε εμποδίζουν να απολαύσεις το δωμάτιο

το ξενοδοχείο είναι αρκετά ικανοποιητικό, σε καλή τοποθεσία, με ευγενικό προσωπικό, ιδανικό για ανθρώπους που δεν έχουν ιδιαίτερες απατήσεις. αρκετά ικανοποιητική η τιμή συγκριτικά με άλλα ξενοδοχεία.

η έλλειψη στο δωμάτιο ψυγείου και η μη λειτουργία του air-condition.

příjemný personál, dobrá dopravní dostupnost, dobrá vybavenost hotelu, blízko na pláž, spousta restaurací v okolí

ze severní strany vyšší hlučnost od dálnice
