Friendly atmosphere and the staff. They do anything to please. Relaxed and comfortable and excellent value.

Noisy in the lounge during the evening on this trip. Evening dinner finished at 8.30pm which too early and was a rush for us to get back to eat after our conference.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms good breakfast, large swimming pool good location when you hire a rental car with free parking, but its 15 min driving from the center of the city (it was no problem for us because we were on a roadtrip)

Breakfast was low budget. Cockroaches in bedrooms. Lights were only lit very late and were very dim. Internet advert very deceiving to the real thing.

First of all, a staff called Chryso, she organised my tour and gave me all the details of restaurants and clubs, extremely helpful and friendly... The dinner is nice as well

Gee, had cockroaches in the room, all the furniture and towels in very bad condition and the bathroom would flood all the time we had shower, really nasty

they advertise gym and spa.... but nothing was open, the lazy lady kept the facility closed.

το ξενοδοχείο είναι αρκετά ικανοποιητικό, σε καλή τοποθεσία, με ευγενικό προσωπικό, ιδανικό για ανθρώπους που δεν έχουν ιδιαίτερες απατήσεις. αρκετά ικανοποιητική η τιμή συγκριτικά με άλλα ξενοδοχεία.

Very little. The location was near a derelict site. The room smelt damp and was grubby. The corridors were opressive. The breakfast was rubbish. When we tried to leave after one night the manager told us that as we had arrived we were contract bound to stay 3 nights as booked and we coudl not have a refund. We protested and showed them the 'contract' on the e-mail from booking.com and they got annoyed with us. They also refused to the booking.com rep who phoned them on our behalf and in the end just laughed at us (literally) saying they had our money and that was all they cared about. Despite the factmthat we may lose 156Euros we left as staying longer at this pathetic establishment after this debacle had become untenable for us.

Already complained to booking.com who have kindly offered to help us get our money back. I will be sending scans of the bill and my credit card statement when it arrives next month. I am VERY inpressed with booking.com who were attempting to help us right from the start. I hoipe they will be able to refund us somehow.

plage, amabilité du personnel, nourriture,points importants tout fonctionne. Lit et linges changés tous les jours. Excursions.

petits détails qui pourraient déranger les clients difficiles: télécommande manque. Coffre tombé en panne. Douche un peu défectueuse.
