Struttura VERAMENTE DOTATA DI OGNI CONFORT. Essendo di recente costruzione, presenta alcuni difetti nella dotazione degli appartamenti; tuttavia si tratta di appartamenti veramente belli e molto funzionali! LLo staff è molto disponibile. Gianni

Premesso che abbiamo soggiornato nel periodo di settembre il rapporto qualità prezzo è buono.

Il vero problema è che si è dormito poco: schiamazzi fino alle 4 del mattino provenienti dal bar dell'hotel e tutti gli appartamenti sono privi di tende oscuranti quindi già alle prime ore del mattino, se sprovvisti di mascherina, risulta difficile proseguire il sonno

appartamento spazioso con 2 bagni, ottimo per famiglie e gruppi di amici, disponibilità del personale della struttura. Situato in una zona tranquilla, leggermente distante dal centro, comunque vicino alla fermata dei bus che circolano fino a tarda notte.

nel caso si decida di cucinare le padelle a disposizione sono scarse, mancanza dell'asciuga capelli.

La struttura molto bella, nuova. Il nostro appartamento comodo e spazioso, con due condizionatori, in salone e in camera. La cucina attrezzata, anche se al minimo sufficiente. Il bagno ok, anche se un pò piccolo. La piscina piacevolissima, con il bar a fianco é bella da vedere ed eccellente per il relax. Devo dire però che noi siamo partiti a fine settembre e la mole di gente sarà stata sicuramente minore di quella in piena estate. è in una posizione ottima, poichè a metà strada tra Ktima e Kato Pafos, in generale a Cipro comunque è necessaria la macchina per spostarsi. I ragazzi del bar gentilissimi e buone le pietanze.

Siamo arrivati di domenica e ci hanno fatto mille problemi per I servizi vari. Il problema principale a mio avviso è lo staff, la reception. Non si curano abbastanza dei problemi del cliente. Appena arrivati ho chiesto una cartina della zona, ma niente, non l'avevano, e non avevano neanche la carta per fare una fotocopia dell'unica che avevano. Ho chiesto informazioni per un market e per le spiagge, la ragazza è rimasta sbalordita, come se fosse strano che io cercassi il mare o qualcosa da comprare, mi ha detto brevemente come arrivare in un posto che neanche ricordo quale fosse per la rapidità con cui poi ha tolto la cartina da sotto I miei occhi. Abbiamo chiesto info per il noleggio di una macchina e ci hanno detto che si sarebbe potuto fare il giorno dopo, perchè era domenica appunto, abbiamo chiesto il servizio internet per 7 giorni e invece l'unica cosa che ci hanno potuto dare è stata la card per 2 ore, altrimenti avremmo dovuto aspettare il famoso 'tomorrow'. Abbiamo chiesto uno stendino che vedevo in tutti I balconi tranne il nostro, e ci hanno messo due giorni per farcelo trovare nell'appartamento. Necessità tipiche del viaggiatore credo, che proprio per questo mi hanno stupito. Ogni volta che chiedevamo qualcosa ci si rivolgevano come se fossimo fastidiosi, ed infatti poi abbiamo optato per cavarcela da soli, cioè un bel giro a piedi per orientarsi, e anche per la macchina abbiamo chiesto da un'altra parte. Inoltre apparentemente non vi è un bagno pubblico nell'ambiente della piscina o che comunque possa essere utile a chi lascia l'appartamento alle 10 di mattina del giorno della partenza e vuole comunque rimanere a prendere il sole in piscina. Non ci sono indicazioni a riguardo.

Pulizia camere ogni 3 giorni colazione solo continentale e neppure tanto gustosa ristorazione da dimenticare solo insalate e panini

La struttura è completamente nuova ed ha una bella piscina con il chiosco che è aperto fino a tarda sera. la posizione è ottima: lontano dalla confusione di Kato Pafos ed in 10 minuti a piedi si arriva nella strada dei Re. Molto vicina anche a Ktima(10 min a piedi) che merita di essere vista.

Le camere non hanno nè serrande nè tapparelle, quindi la mattina alle 05.30 si è svegli per via della luce che entra. la reception non è stata di grande aiuto nel fornire mappe della città ed indicando il modo di raggiungere le spiagge più belle.

L'hotel è ottimo sotto ogni punto di vista. Camere grandi, puluzia perfetta, servizi eccellenti.

Being fairly new and a quiet time of the season just right for our relaxing three days.

Only a minor complaint they have no full length mirror in the bedroom for ladies drying their hair or checking dress or smart wear etc.

Lovely new apartments set around pool . Liked the way the building was raised above street level giving views of the sea with parking and a gym underneath . Good central location for visiting historical sites and beaches but need a car.

Could do with a few more kitchen utensils e.g. coffee pot, sieve or colander, vegetable knife etc.

Very lovely receptionist met us! Although she had to stay longer that her working hours she was very nice and polite with us! Nice furniture in the apartment, but curtains are see through. What make's you to feel uncomfortable because you think that other people may see you. No rubbish bin in the kitchen.

I liked the design first.

Later it appeared that although the apartments is brand new nothing worked like it should have been. Fot the first look it is high quality but then - when using - you realise it is low quality chineese products everywhere. They did not clean tha apartment while we were there for 3 nights, the pool area was very noisy even there were not so many guests so I would not choose it again. In theory it is a hotel but in practice it does not work as a hotel in my opinion.

Territory of a complex and interiors of apartments were pleasant. A convenient parking at the bottom level under a complex with easy access to rooms by the lift. A good courtyard with a bar and the pool. All around are new and pure. There is good gym also. Location: in one km. from a beach of Faros, and in two from the Old Harbor with it's famous restaurants and bars. The best beach Coral Bay is in only 10 km. If you have a car everything is very closely.

As a complex new, many things aren't thought over and not organized properly. For example in kitchen there isn't any knife, garbage can, wineglasses, a corkscrew, a can opener. There is no hanger in a hall, shelves for footwear. Room cleaning is only once in three days that is very uncomfortable. You have only cold water in the mornings and evenings, especially when complex is full. There is no dryer for things. That is very strange with presence of the washing machine. The awful smell is under a sink. Its origin isn't known. Whether from furniture, whether from sewer pipes. The personnel on a reception isn't too sympathetic. Many requests weren't satisfied.

The hotel is new this year and the apartments are very comfortable and attractively furnished. The kitchen is equipped with the basics for making and eating food. There is a fridge/freezer and washing machine. We bought dish-washing liquid, dish cloths, Persil, salt, pepper and all the rest. The nearest small shop is 15 minutes walk away, the best supermarket is a 15 minute drive along the coast past Coral Bay so it is definitely easiest to have a car. We felt that the hotel should have a small shop with the basics on sale. We suggest that guests should expect to cater for themselves or eat out instead of using the rather inefficient kiosk/cafe beside the pool. We asked for an apartment with a shady balcony one floor up. Apartment 101 had two bedrooms, each with its own balcony facing south west, and a large sitting room with a shady balcony looking down on the atrium/swimming pool. This was delightful. Oracle Exclusive Resort was quiet and peaceful- just what we wanted for our 2 week stay in the second half of October.

We chose this hotel because we were assured that there was wifi throughout the building and especially in our apartment. We had to pay for a card giving access to wifi. However the only place and time we could achieve connection using wifi was for an hour mid-morning when standing at the edge of our balcony in apartment 101. The hotel was not willing to refund the cost of the card. We hired a car for two weeks through the reception at the hotel. The car had been driven 102000 km, was not particularly clean and worst of all the brakes were not completely effective. This was frightening when driving in the mountains, although of course I changed to low gear. We advise visitors to hire their car from an international company - the cost is the same and the car much more satisfactory.

Very nice apartments situated walking distance to Tomb of the Kings entrance. The pool and gym were exactly as described and in very nice condition. The apartment was spacious and a good value for the money. The "kitchen" was not really well appointed for cooking, but we were spending one night and were happy enough to eat out. I think if you asked the hotel staff for more dishes, pots, etc they would be able to supply them.

The service was a little strange. It seems as though the place is designed to be owned apartments, but they are renting them out until they are sold. Overall it was a good experience, but I felt that the staff was not so experienced in customer service. It was a very good value for the money, though, so all in all, it was a very positive experience.

We had a very nice one-bedroom apartment overlooking the swimming pool, and facing south. We enjoyed the morning sun before the heat. The apartment was spacious. Having a washing machine was great. Clean laundry after a three-weeks trip. The bar staff were very friendly, and cooked a respectable breakfast.

We were surprised to be told that towels are changed only after three days. When I did ask our receptionist for towels she said that she would arrange it. However, when my wife went to get them another woman was most insistent on the three-day policy, but only grudgingly yielded. Towels should be changed daily for those who are using the Oracle as a short-stay location.

We enjoyed our stay at the Oracle and found it to be a very pleasant facility. The pool area is top notch and the bar is very conveniently in the pool area. Saw the gym and spa which was very well outfitted and staffed. The location was off the beach but a 5 minute easy/safe walk down to the main beach area with restaurants and bars, etc. The room was very roomy and well equiped, the parking spot was also very convenient for our rental car. The breakfast was very good, prepared fresh to order, eggs, sausage, bacon, toast, beans, cheeses and meats, excellent value. The staff was very friendly, the bartenders very nice and welcoming.

I have two points to bring up, the curtains are very thin, too thin, they need to be changed to provide better sun blockage and privacy.

The rooms were spacious and the swimming pool area was nice. The price of the single room and twin for 4 ppl was very reasonable.

The furniture was all from carton and was falling apart The lights were not functioning in the bathrooms. There were just one adapter available in the room for service. The beds were very uncomfortable- bad matrasses and there was a smell of sour and mold in the room.

The Hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Very good value accommodation.
