La tranquilitat dintre de l'habitació I l'amabilitat del personal. El buffet d'esmorzar més que correcte encara que molt britànic. Buscant una miqueta al voltant hi ha llocs per a menjar prou correctes encara que el carrer és una mica fosc. Per sopar els vespres només hi ha restaurant de luxe en el que cal anar ben vestit. El darrer dia, abans de marxar ens van venir a fer el control del minibar, que estaba precintat, davant nostre. No haviem tocat res I a la factura van aparèixer 4,60 eur de mini bar. Vam haver d'explicar que si faltava quelcom era d'abans d'arribar nosaltres. No va costar gairé que ho traguessin, però va haver d'intervenir un directiu.

The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful. The atmoshere is calm and relaxed, though the hotel was nearly fully booked. The breakfast and dinner buffet is excellent. For a small extra charge we were able to upgrade to a room overlooking to the sea and pool area. At this time of the year, beginning of March, the area where the hotel is located most of shops and restaurants were closed which was a pity. It would be nice if the hotel would have some regular minibus (or taxi) service to the city of Larnaka.

It was relatively close to the airport. There was a bus stop and taxi stand right outside the door. There were rent-a-car agencies close by. The hotel staff helped us to book some tours and book a taxi ride. We didn't get the half board meal plan, only breakfast. Breakfast was excellent. We liked the swimming pool and exercise facilities. Like any other hotel, the mini bar prices and restaurant prices were a bit more expensive than we wanted to pay; however there were plenty of little supermarkets and restaurants in the area, so we didn't have to rely on the hotel for our food and beverages.

The fact the hotel has its own beach, while the room I booked had a direct view to the sea. The open buffet restaurant where I had dinner was also quite good, the same with the other restaurant with music. The pool looks impressive at night too while the breakfast in the morning had a big variety and quality was very high.

The hotel concierge was not at all friendly or helpful. When asked about renting a car for a day to visit a nearby city he simply told us that the minimum rental was 3 days. When we inquired about other possible ways to visit the city he said he didn't know and made no efforts to find out if there was a bus service, or a tour or any other way for us to visit anything nearby. I would have expected much more from a tourist hotel.

Decent breakfast selection, staff are (generally) helpful. Not central, as is the case with all 'beach hotels' but the city centre is only a 10 minute drive away. A couple of minor issues: - We booked 2 double rooms and requested double beds, one of them had a double bed and the other had 2 single beds. When I asked for a room with a double bed I was told all adjacent rooms had one double and 2 singles and as the hotel was full they were not able to chnage the room. - I booked a rental car through the hotel website but when I asked about it at reception they had no idea what I was talking about. It turns out the company listed on their website has moved to Limasol but for some reason is still listed on their website. The reception staff were quite helpful and put me in contact with the car rental company but just be warned, if you're hiring a car do it independently and not through the hotel website! Generally the hotel could use a little upgrade!

Location, polite and helpful staff, cleanliness, sea and pool. Food excellent. Upgraded to sea view which was great. En suite bathroom too small and no separate shower.

Location on the beach and comfort Nothing outside the hotel, area very rundown and dirty, frozen building constractions everywhere, looks like after bombing, pubs, tavernas, cofffee shops are closed till late afternoon. Hotel is fine, area Dhekelia,Larnaca - never again.

I am a returning guest to this hotel, and the staff is always kind. I got a nice room on the top floor just as I requested. The sea view room offer a fantastic view over the whole Larnaca Bay. The location is right at the beach, 8 km from Larnaca town. The walking path in front of the hotel. Away from street noise. Rooms are cozy and nicely decorated, with carpet floor. in the room.Nice garden around the hotel with lemon and orange trees. You can get to Larnaca by bus – it takes about 20 minutes. The bus stop in front of the hotel No electric kettle in the room to make tea or cofee.

Good Cafe, pool and seaside location. Ideal for sun lounger holiday. Would recomend trying restaurants in Larnaca for evening meal or mezze for lunch as they are far supperior and more varied. -Complimentary water wasnt complimentary - came out as "Mini Bar food" on the bill...rather difficult to claim and explain that back to my company! -Buffet dinner every night...needs a seasonal set menu instead. -Fee to use Internet extorsionate. -Needs extra plug socket in the bedroom. -Need more english spoken tv channels

We enjoyed our stay. Prior to arriving I arranged with the manager to have a bottle of wine and some cheese waiting for us on our balcony (paid extra for this room) on arrival. Despite a confirmation email giving the price and me confirming, this did not happen and caused me some disappointment-why don't people do as they promise? One or two of the staff are quite surly.

I know the hotel and the staff and have always enjoyed staying in the hotel. Although the pool is excellent in summer, it is starting to feal a little cold now, so maybe have some form of heating in the winter months.

Beach location and ameniites.Buffet theme evenings.Great weather and warm sea!! I would have liked the gym to open earlier so one could do a work out before breakfast. (It only opened at 8.30am and breakfast was served until 10am). The water sport facilities weren't available as advertised. (Water skiing was available but no canoes etc) It would have been nice if more than one restaurant was open for dinner in the evening.
