Excellente situation un peu à l'ecart de la grand route,calme,beaucoup de chambres avec vue sur la mer, répond à tout ce que l'on peut attendre d'un hotel situé en bord de mer,destiné à une clientèle qui recherche la détente , le soleil, la plage,l'activité sportive. Si l'on désire faire du tourisme, c'est évidemment éloigné des centres d'intérêt, en particulier de Larnaka et nécessite une voiture |

Payer 5 (cinq) euros pour un café expresso dans le bar du lobby de l'hôtel est inadmissible. Dans les hôtels chypriotes cinq étoiles (donc d'un niveau plus élevé que le Palm Beach) où j'ai séjourné, le prix d'un café expresso était de 2,50 à 3,20 euros maximum. Ce qui compte ici n'est pas la différence de prix de 2 ou 3 euros ; c'est l'impression désagréable d'être exploité sans vergogne. |

breakfast was nice, the beaches was clean and nice water sport. no shade in the pool though. bad aircondition, and when opening the window, there were millions of mosquitos the bit us like no tomorrow |

The sea side room view was excellent. Buffet breakfast had lots of variety. The beach is not very big, however the swimming was excellent and roped off. |

Peace and quiet.Food and staff was good , whilst hotel in general was clean & comfortable. Some of the older receptionists had a very bad command of english and were not helpful. The hotel was a bit too far away from Larnaka center. |

Liked location of hotel set right on the beach with an excellent, large swimming pool. The bungalows were lovely and located around another swimming pool but they were 2 storey and we were allocated a top floor one which we managed to change for a ground floor one. The bungalows are 2 storeys so should not be described as 'bungalow'. This is very misleading and we were very unhappy to be allocated a top floor. The smart restaurant was not open whilst were were staying there. The manager at reception was quite rude and not very sympathetic when we wanted to change to a ground floor room in 'bungalow'. He made a comment about the fact that we were only staying 2 nights and was not at all welcoming. All other staff were pleasant. Did not like the note on the mini bar stating we could not put our own purchases in it. The bar by our pool was not open during our stay. Only one towel was given to each person for swimming pool, other 4 star hotels are more generous with towels. |

I liked the support of the staff working in reception and restaurant & bar, positive approach and helpful. I also liked the swimming pool area and the restaurant next to it. I also have to mention the position of the hotel, along the beach with an excellent view. The hotel is a poor refurbishment of an old hotel, and you may see it every where you may look: rooms are very small, bathrooms small and working on ancient pipes & systems, all elements in the room (pillows, sheets, etc) are there for at least 15 years (or they look like), not healthy at all.... I do not recommend to listen the concierge when renting a car, Phoenix rent-a-car is owned by a... |

The hotel is well located when you have a car rental. It is quiet and comfortable with efficient service. The seaview side is fantastic. The morning lady at reception lady was not good and not helpful on simple questions. |
