Cyprus hospitality as it is, great facilities, beach and sea view. Best for relaxation. Free parking. Away from nightlife.

The food was very nice.

The bathroom need to be renovated. The bedding should be have duvets, not the old fashioned blanket and sheet.

Nice friendly hotel. Good facilities, very clean and tidy. would definetly return. Breakfast was great something for everyone.

Hotel restaurant quite expensive if your not on half board

Great location - You probably won't find better. Nice relaxed atmostphere, easy to get to from airport. Very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast

There was only one restaruant open, where the food was very bland and overpriced. But there are a lot of local Restaruants within a few minutes walk that are much better value and provide a much wider range of foods

Staff not very helpful , no tea/ coffe making facilities in room , towels very worn and shabby in bathroom .

Unique but significant problem of the hotel is staff: 1. I found my room open two times (careless maid) 2. spa staff forbidded jacuzzi using with my daughter (though child club is absent) 3. Once I asked stuff to heat a pizza but was refused

The location - right on the beach. The sea view is simply breathtaking, from the left to the right side just the sea. The atmosphere of the hotel is relaxed and friendly. The staff friendly and helpful. I had no problems with changing the room. Nice walking path in front of the hotel. 10 minutes drive to Larnaca center. I often come to Cyprus, and it is one of my favourites hotels.

No electric kettle in the room, the furniture is a bit dated

It's very close to the seaside and the beach.

The exagerate price for the internet. You can use the internet in the lobby, but it must be the slowest internet connection that I have ever encountered. Also no internet connection in the meeting rooms and for a hotel where conferences can be organised this is a shortcoming.

Very relaxing place. All staff very friendly. I would have liked coffee and tea available in rooms.

Nothing really except the lack of choice of uk tv channels other than news channels.

Really old TV with poor picture and no English language channels other than news. In-room movies are seriously over-priced.

WiFi was not reaching my room (but in the end I was not charged for that).

Hotel itself is run down and shows its age. Torn drapes, antiquated showers, worn carpets etc.

For a 4* hotel it could have been cleaner in the corridors - there was a strange smell in the corridor where our room was. It needs updating

Their attitude towards children

They probably have bed bugs, at least they don`t deny it. If they have a wedding coming, decisions of the managenent woul be done in the favour of wedding party

Excellent service. The hotel was overbook so the owner was very nice to arrange for an upgrade to a bungalow for us.

The staff were really lovely and helped to make our stay a very happy one. The hotel was very clean in every area throughout.

Unfortunately we feel that since accepting the Euro as their currency it has turned the island into a very expensive holiday resort. Having lived there for ten years and on speaking to our Cypriot friends and holidaymakers all agreed that it will discourage people from holidaying in Cyprus. This is reflected in the high hotel costs of food and drinks. One grievance we had was the inadequate amount of clothe hangers for the amount of clothes one has to take for a two week holiday. We asked for more on several occasions to no avail.

Quiet and safety

Very close to the beach; good food; well-equipped fitness room; all personnel speaks English

We had to remind the room service whole 3-4 times just to bring us instant coffee and cream to the room.

Relaxing, really good to have a rest.

a) I noticed that arrangements for the weekend are different: e.g. pool was not cleaned. b) outsiders are admitted to the pool.

We like the hotel. During last 12 yeras we went there 7 times. Relaxing and enjoyable.

The hotel is located just on the sandy beach. The beach is clean and is very suited for child sea bathing. Big outside area, large parking, good breakfast.
