Не понравилась кухня,уборка номера была из рук вон плохая. В номере невозможно было выйти в интернет, приходилось выходить на улицу или идти в лобби

not very much, possibly the fact that the bar down the road free poured their vodka made it passable but that was it. The best bit of our stay here was actually leaving.

I did not like the area, the location is not at all where it advertises to be. The member of staff who checked us in had the most awful manners and attempted to engage me in an argument about the hotel. The room was like a run down travel lodge and the facilities around what was meant to be the beach (a dirt patch where the land met the water) and pool area were just shabby and old. The hotel is nothing like the images shown on the site and i cried when i saw my room. As for our view of either the pool or gardens, I would not regard the car park either of these. I would not recommend this hotel to any one, for all the years I have been going to cyprus this is my only negative experience of the country.

The hotel souvenir shop had a good variety of quality products. Bellhops and Beach boys were always very helpful. Great pools and beach location, exclusive on the stretch of beach. Water sports readily available on the shore.

Hotel's furniture and toilet fixtures were outdated and losing it's functionality. Certain receptionist did not speak English but pretended to so you wait longer only to realize she didn't understand it in the first place or was just plain unhelpful. During the Summer months you will find many children and families so if you prefer sometime quiet try to avoid these months.

The peace and quiet and the poolside facilities. We enjoy staying at the garden bungalows.

The buffet was over priced and, on the Sunday evening, I found the choice of food very limited.

The big surprise was the very small room and the narrow bathroom in Palm brach hotel,completely different from the photos shown on the hotel website!.....The staff is bad,nothing to do with a four stars hotel!....Just a big entrance,a good location and the rest is small and very small!...Nothing friendly,asking for a help for free does not exist in Palm Beach hotel!...You pay or you eat it cold!

The bad treatment of the staff!....We paid Euro 104/night for a sheet!

Very beautiful and quiet location, big hotel and helpful staff. Very good breakfast.

I did not like the fact that some of the hotel facilities and services have to be paid extra to be use. For example you have to pay 10 euros per hour to play squash, 10 euros per day for the wireless internet and so on. Also dinning at the hotel was a bit expensive.

The location was perfect, very good service, friendly personnel, nice swimming pool, very clean.

The staff are friendly and very helpfull. The services are effecient and prompt. everyone speaks english and are willing to assist with any queries. facilities are very good.

I would have liked to see the gym open for longer hours and open over public holiidays and weekends
