Bra hotell med bra mat. Läget bra vid vattnet men dålig badstrand.

Personal i reception ointresserade av gästerna och saknade servicekänsla och totalt inkompetenta för sin uppgift.

Hot water was not always available in room

The fact the hotel has its own beach, while the room I booked had a direct view to the sea. The open buffet restaurant where I had dinner was also quite good, the same with the other restaurant with music. The pool looks impressive at night too while the breakfast in the morning had a big variety and quality was very high.

Laundry too expensive

Decent breakfast selection, staff are (generally) helpful. Not central, as is the case with all 'beach hotels' but the city centre is only a 10 minute drive away.

A couple of minor issues: - We booked 2 double rooms and requested double beds, one of them had a double bed and the other had 2 single beds. When I asked for a room with a double bed I was told all adjacent rooms had one double and 2 singles and as the hotel was full they were not able to chnage the room. - I booked a rental car through the hotel website but when I asked about it at reception they had no idea what I was talking about. It turns out the company listed on their website has moved to Limasol but for some reason is still listed on their website. The reception staff were quite helpful and put me in contact with the car rental company but just be warned, if you're hiring a car do it independently and not through the hotel website! Generally the hotel could use a little upgrade!

Location, polite and helpful staff, cleanliness, sea and pool. Food excellent. Upgraded to sea view which was great.

Nothing outside the hotel, area very rundown and dirty, frozen building constractions everywhere, looks like after bombing, pubs, tavernas, cofffee shops are closed till late afternoon. Hotel is fine, area Dhekelia,Larnaca - never again.

Staff were lovely, very friendly and helpfull

Double room had 2 single beds of different sizes so couldn't even push them together

The sea view room were were given was fantastic and it was a pleasure to sit on the balcony with a bottle of wine at sunset

I am a returning guest to this hotel, and the staff is always kind. I got a nice room on the top floor just as I requested. The sea view room offer a fantastic view over the whole Larnaca Bay. The location is right at the beach, 8 km from Larnaca town. The walking path in front of the hotel. Away from street noise. Rooms are cozy and nicely decorated, with carpet floor. in the room.Nice garden around the hotel with lemon and orange trees. You can get to Larnaca by bus – it takes about 20 minutes. No electric kettle in the room to make tea or cofee.

We enjoyed our stay. Prior to arriving I arranged with the manager to have a bottle of wine and some cheese waiting for us on our balcony (paid extra for this room) on arrival. Despite a confirmation email giving the price and me confirming, this did not happen and caused me some disappointment-why don't people do as they promise?

One or two of the staff are quite surly.

I would have liked the gym to open earlier so one could do a work out before breakfast. (It only opened at 8.30am and breakfast was served until 10am). The water sport facilities weren't available as advertised. (Water skiing was available but no canoes etc) It would have been nice if more than one restaurant was open for dinner in the evening.
