Very kind welcome George is a true gent and made us feel this was home away from Home and a Lovely breakfast!

Close to the airport, beach and centre of Larnaka. Youth and adults may walk from the Airport. Nice and clean beach area 300 m at Mackenzie Beach, with lots of nice restaurants and cafes.

The owner is very sympathic and speak french. He tried to help us looking for solution going to the airport by bus or taxi.

No taxi or bus available on sunday morning at 6:00. Walking to the airport is feasible (5 km, 45min) with luggage. We took this hotel for his proximity to the airport by no transport solution at this day/time

I liked the afternoon sun in through the front windows, there is place to do laundry across the street, nice walking areas all around.

The inclusive breakfasts as sold with room inclusively here is not inclusive once there and you can expect 8 additional Euros a night for any air conditioning or heating

Unbeatable value for money, no-frills but clean and cosy appartments, extremely helpful and informative staff, you can feel like at home. Free (fast) wifi. the apartment was really worth the money, we felt very lucky that we had come across it!! For the money we expected a lot worse but thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

There was a small amount of dirt left in the bedroom which had been overlooked.

Very good location to the airport (5 min by taxi,10-15 Euro,40 min walk) beach across the street.Despite airport near airplanes noise is not an issue.Very friendly owner,no problems with night check-in and a little later check out.Swimming pool is small but clean and refreshing with nice, quiet sitting area around it.Wi-fi and Ac working good.Can recommend to budget travellers

Minor thing-dishes in the kitchen could be cleaned more carefully or a bit of soap could be provided.

A small cosy apartment hotel with very nice and helpful staff. You get much value for your money!

Big Disappointment staying here, not close to the town . They charged 5 Euro for Aircon that was only in the bedroom (it was a basic apartment)

Wifi was only downstairs, no breakfast or safety box. Toilet was not properly cleaned and smelt of urine yuk !! I must have been pissed when I booked this place.

Hotel is situated near the airport, in 5-6 minutes far from city beach, about 2 kilometres of city center

it is rather old apartments, vith old furniture and communications. and there were some insects (1 huge cockroach, and very fierce mosquitos)

Very well situated, clean apart, near the beach & not far from Larnaca's center.The personnel of hotel is friendly & helpful.We spent the great holiday here.

Friendly and very helpful staff. The apartments were very basic, but fulfilled my needs at the time.

The facilities were adequate, although very basic with no frills. I was happy to stay there for a few days, and would return for that again. If I as to return to Cyprus for a longer stay, then I would want a little more comfort and modern luxury, for my relaxation and ease. I would describe the apartment as tired and basic.

Very kind staff. They did everything for my needs. Quiet neighbouring, near airport and beaches.

Before everything, the place is run by a very friendly and helpful owner. Add to this a fair price and the proximity to airport and you get the overall idea.

Un peu bruyant (Aéroport à proximité), travaux au alentour du front de mer.

Ездили вдвоём на Кипр с велосипедами. Остановились на одну ночь после прилёта, очень удобно добраться от аэропорта. Кому-то эта близость мешает, но нам наоборот, было удобно. После двухнедельного путешествия вокруг острова вернулись ещё на два дня. Уже не бронировали, просто прехали, соответственно и цену получили со скидкой + бесплатный завтрак. Для велопутешественников отличный выбор, нам проще в магазин и пр. добраться, в аэропорт опять же, своим ходом. В номере было два балкона, есть где поставить велосипеды и прочий хлам кинуть. Телик с Первым каналом, холодильник, кухня со всем необходимым. Бесплатный завтрак очень и очень неплох, шведский стол с пусть и не огромным, но достаточным разумным набором продуктов. Отдельная благодарность за внимание, помощь и просто за доброе человеческое отношение Жоржу. Хороший, правильный человек.

Есть какие-то мелочи, конечно, но на общем положительном фоне они как-то теряются и становятся незаметными.

очень милый мини-отель.очень дружелюбный, отзывчивый персонал. отдельная благодарность менеджеру джорджу, который постарался сделать наше пребывание в ларнаке как можно более комфортным.

расположение отеля. на сайте заявлено, что до центра идти 15 мин., на самом деле хороших полчаса. поблизости нет ни одного хорошего продуктового магазина. отель находится очень близко к аэропорту (при желании можно добраться пешком без проблем), особенно это ощущается ночью, грохот стоит еще тот. но мы за 2 недели привыкли ко всему и в целом нам все понравилось.
