I only liked the reception staff but had major problems with the manager and assistant manager

*housekeaping non existant, general cleanlyness of hotel was a disgrace, the furniture in the rooms and carpets were dillapitated (old and soiled), the manager and assistant manager weren't there to help and did not assist whatsoever in the problems we had, the food was off putting and barely edible. the drinks where also very poor i.e cola that was flat and watered down, coffe and tea were a cheap brand

This hotel is good for family holidays. Kids have a lot of thinks to do, play at the playground, swim at the swimming pool, play sports. The breakfast and the other meals are very good.

Yes. The room was not very clean. There were dead mosquitos on the walls!!! Our room was opposite the swimming pool, facing the gardens. There were a lot of mosquitos, especially during the night. We barely slept. The room service was not good enough for a 4 star Hotel. No cleaner came to clean the room, change towels etc until 16.00 hours. At this point I would like to inform you that my mother and father stayed at the hotel during the same period. They were given a sea view room at the first floor. They were happy with the services, there were not mosquitos and the room was clean.

We liked everything about the hotel.

A wonderful hotel, great food and great entertainment. Lots for kids to do.

A fost un sejur placut, atentia personalului acordata cu solicitudine, iar serviciile oferite au fost bine apreciate.

Da, ar trebui acordata atentie si produselor de primire din camera.
