The buffet arrangement for meals was excellent and meant that you never had to wait for your various courses and there was no shortage of food. The bicycles that were available for guests could do with updating |

The hotel was very welcoming and the staff did everything to please and the food available was of the highest quality. The outdoor and indoor pools were great and facilities in general were to our liking. The pool table in the games room was too often out of order. |

The reception staff were very pleasant and professional, particularly the young man. The fact that water was not available in the restaurant and the officious manner of the restaurant manager. |

I only liked the reception staff but had major problems with the manager and assistant manager *housekeaping non existant, general cleanlyness of hotel was a disgrace, the furniture in the rooms and carpets were dillapitated (old and soiled), the manager and assistant manager weren't there to help and did not assist whatsoever in the problems we had, the food was off putting and barely edible. the drinks where also very poor i.e cola that was flat and watered down, coffe and tea were a cheap brand |

How extremely helpful and pleasant all the staff where with one exception. The food is of the highest standard, and considering there were 1010 guest staying the catering staff coped with this number, with complete professionalism. Well done. Unfortunately 2 blobs. 1) If you are not on all inclusive and bought a drink in the bar. It costs a bank loan. ie no measure used thimble full Jim Beam 7 euros soda to go with it. which comes out of pump 2.50 e. 2) Children jumping in and diving in the pool which was full of other children and grown-ups. Very dangerous. |

This hotel is good for family holidays. Kids have a lot of thinks to do, play at the playground, swim at the swimming pool, play sports. The breakfast and the other meals are very good. Yes. The room was not very clean. There were dead mosquitos on the walls!!! Our room was opposite the swimming pool, facing the gardens. There were a lot of mosquitos, especially during the night. We barely slept. The room service was not good enough for a 4 star Hotel. No cleaner came to clean the room, change towels etc until 16.00 hours. At this point I would like to inform you that my mother and father stayed at the hotel during the same period. They were given a sea view room at the first floor. They were happy with the services, there were not mosquitos and the room was clean. |

There are a vast number of activities for children, good beach bar and the quality and choice of buffet food was good too. The beach was dirty and rugged, there was no clean place to swim and the noise from the pool, it would be nice to have a relaxing quiet beach break, but sadly the only beach that is clean enough was the hotels next door. |

Πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο με άριστη εξυπηρέτηση. Πολύ καθαρό σε βολική τοποθεσία κοντά στο λιμανάκι και το κέντρο της πόλης. Ότι πρέπει για οικογένειες με παιδιά.Υπάρχει πολύ καλός παιχνιδότοπος και τα μωρά μου τον απόλαυσαν. |
