In General the apartment was clean and neat.

Water for shower was not hot enough. The kettle in the kitchen was really dirty. The discount from the cafeteria should be bigger since you pay 90euros per night, with no breakfast.

The room size and comfort was excellent

This is a nice place in a central area, well kept and modern. It's a bit difficult to get hold of people in charge, because they run a coffee shop/restaurant downstairs which was very popular when we were there (I.E. full of young people). So we had no chance to eat there. But this did not affect the accommodation.

Excellent. New, clean. Huge appartments. There is almost averything you may need in: washing mashine, iron. Beds are very comfortable...

They don't have hairdryer. It would be nice to have satellite channels as there is only local TV presently.

Really modern furnitures! Clean enough!

Everything was great! Finally a hotel that is actually the same (if not better) than the pictures shown online! Everything brand new, very helpful staff. We needed woods for the fireplace and they arrived within 5 mins. The cafeteria downstairs is really convenient and has nice and relevantly good priced food. Highly recommended. Will definitely visit again!!

I thought it was a bit weird that the apartment had a washing machine but not a microwave! I think this is a must-have and would make guests stay easier.

We had a lovely apartment in a very new hotel. The furnishings were ample even including iron and ironing board, and a dish of decorative candles on the coffee table.

It seemed from the indifference of the staff that we were there at an off-season time; it is obviously a winter resort that is open in summer too.

το διαμέρισμα ήταν πάρα πολύ άνετο και ευρύχωρο, είχε όλο τον απαραίτητο εξοπλισμό για μια άνετη διαμονή και ήταν πολύ καθαρό. το συνιστώ σε όλους.

το κρεβάτι δεν είχε σεντόνι για να σκεπαστείς και το πάπλωμα ήταν πάρα πολύ λεπτό, ενώ δεν είχε κάποιο άλλο σκέπασμα ή πάπλωμα στα ερμάρια, με αποτέλεσμα να ξεπαγιάσουμε το βράδυ. η έκπτωση που έδιναν στην καφετέρια (15%) δεν ήταν ικανοποιητική, δεδομένου της τιμής του δωματίου. επίσης, η τιμή για τα ξύλα για το τζάκι ήταν υπερβολική για 20 τεμάχια που έπαιρνες.

To tzaki που υπηρχε στο σαλονι. το τζακουζι. γενικα ηταν ολα πολυ ομορφα και ενα επιπλεον σιν ηταν τα χιονισμενα βουνα απεναντι

υπέροχα δωμάτια άνετα μοντέρνα με πολλές ανέσεις.

δοκιμάσαμε την τελευταια νύχτα το τζακούζι δεν ξέρω αν κάναμε κάποιο λάθος αλλα δεν καταφέραμε να το λειτουργήσουμε, τα κάτω δωμάτεια ενοχλούντε πολύ εύκολα από τους αποπάνω ειδικά αν είναι παιδία από σχολεία που είναι ζωηροί.

Ήταν ένα υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο με πολλές παροχές! Ό,τι χρειαζόσουν το έβρισκες χωρίς δυσκολία. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να σε εξυπηρετήσει οποιαδήποτε ώρα. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ ευρύχωρο και άνετο και η κουζίνα είχε μέσα τα απαραίτητα και ακόμα παραπάνω! θα το σύστηνα ανεπιφύλακτα σε όσους σκέφτονται να επισκεφτούν την Κακοπετρια ή τα γύρω χωριά! Σας ευχαριστούμε! Όλα ήταν τέλεια!!!!

πολύ ωραία δωμάτια καθαρά με το τζάκι και άψογη εξυπηρέτηση από το προσωπικό . πολύ φιλικό και ευγενικό προσωικό.

Πολύ καθαρό ξενοδοχείο με αρκετές ανέσεις. Σίγουρα θα το ξαναεπισκεφθώ!!
