I like the excellent service from the hotel staff and the swimming pool was perfect and clean. Also all the days of our stay was very quiet on the hotel and we have very relax holidays. It was perfect!! poor breakfast you have to pay 5 euro per day extra in order to have a refrigerator in your room

Leaving Old fashioned rooms, no privacy and late night music gave the hotel a cheap holiday package feel. A mixture between Benidorm and an old people's home!

very good value for money. it is a three star hotel and you pay for what you get. leaving the window open at night and listening to the waves is priceless. good staff and the majority are cypriots or foreigners that speak greek. lunch buffer was fine as we did not want to eat too much anyway. for locals it is an excellent choise as having a car you can drive elsewhere for entertainment and restaurants. the gardens are very nice and well maintained. no problem to find sunbeds as stated by some other people on booking.com . we had 3 months old baby with us and all the staff made us feel very welcome. bar men were excellent in providing us with hot water for baby, whenever needed. will definately stay there again.

THe Hotel is in a great location for tourist visits to the old Tombs in and around Phathosit is also handy for visits to the old docks area and resturants and also the city shopping. The hotel is clean, the beds are comfortable and the reception and pool areas are well maintained.I Would strongly recomend this hotel.

The hotel is very clean, beautiful large gardens, fantastic scenery to the rocky beach and small bay beneath the hotel. Very quiet (it was the end of the season) but we quite liked this. Very relaxing. Short drive to the town. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Value for money The hotel, although it is quite clean, it needs a bit of a renovation, especially in the bathroom. Should provide toiletries instead of liquid soap mounted on the wall!! Bathroom towels were clean but very worn out. Need replacing. So does the bath tap and toilet (they were clean but very old)

it is between pafos and coral bay area. it has a nice view on the beach. just a 3 min walk to ge to the bus stop. it is old as every thing in cyprus and need to renew many things. the food is not good too much at the breakfast, it can be better. in the room you have to pay extramoney for the fregde and for the safe box and they did noy say this on the booking. my mobile was stolen from the room and i found latter inside the chair of the room. so, it is even to pay for the extra safe or you will get a problem, this is really not nice and good that i found the mobile by my self at the time i was leaving the hotel. i think that this can be happened any time any where. we had ATV rented and did not stay long at the hotel to try as services or food.

No mobile signal reception in the rooms for the islands main operator, Cytamobile-Vodafone, despite huge cell tower aerials on the roof (when I asked they said it was mtn aerials). No fridge in the room.

We didn't enjoy anything from the hotel. The quality of service was poor. Members of staff were impolite and the food (breakfast) was of a very poor quality (E.G. they use bad quality of oil to fry the food, no vegetables in breakfast, olives and tomatoes were run off), etc. Please, see above. Moreover, rooms were very dirty. I got an alergy from the dust of the room as well as the sheets on the beds. They use only one sheet on the bed, and not a bed cover. We've never seen this in a hotel in the world, althought we're frequesnt travelers. Breakfast was not poor, but of the worst quality.

I liked the location and found the surroundings made it easy for me to relax. Bedrooms need modernisation, lack of toilet facilities on some floors and no bins for disposing of rubbish. Some of the staff were not well trained for making drinks and some were also not very pleasant.

Clean and comfortable accommodation, staff very helpful and friendly although very busy preparing for hotel wedding they made sure guests were not inconvenienced. All hotel guests were invited to the evening wedding reception held in the hotel gardens which were beautifully decorated for the occasion. Congratulations to the happy couple. Having to go downstairs from the bar or lounge area to the toilets, could do with facilities on the ground floor.

Very relaxing stay ,staff were very helpfull, food and entertainment were good.there were plenty of loungers for every body, the view from our seaview room was first class.Unfotunately we had to leave early due to our granddaughter having to go into hospital, the management were very understanding and helped in every way, even adjusting the charges for our stay. We have a villa in Coral Bay however we will be booking Queens Bay again very soon.
