very nice hotel, obviously newly refurbished, great place for a stay in Nicosia old town, quiet and excellent value for money. Flexible service for guests arriving late at breakfast ;-)

wireless is not working in the rooms, only in the lobby.

Breakfast was very poor, selection dreadful, over cooked food. Pool was not useable because of birds landing all over the out door area. Restaurant did not seem to be in operation.

The hotel staff were eager to help with some questions I had about travelling around cyprus, and when I left my suit jacket there, I was able to pick it up later in the holiday.

Location was good, albeit hard to find and the management had secured free car parking near-by. The building had been recently renovated and the overall impression was clean, modern and efficient.

The rooms were small in-so-far as there was no comfortable easy chairs to sit on to relax / read / watch TV, my options were a straight backed dining chair or sit or lie on the bed. I found there were no dining facilities for guests after 3.00pm on a Sunday as the kitchen was closed.

The Royiatiko Hotel is brand new and has the cleanliness and efficiency to prove it. The rooms are small but spotless. The shower is way too small, but the bathroom is okay in general. The brown decor could use a bit of a color lift, but overall the hotel is well done.

We don't really have any complaints except that the shower was too small.

Clean, modern rooms, very central location for visiting antiquities on both sides of "green line", nice outdoor pool.

Clean and convenient located in the heart of old Nicosia. Excellent pool and little gym make it a unique hotel in this area. Staff was very friendly and gave us lots of good advice.

It is a nice, new hotel in the heart of the old city center (the best location in Nicosia as it is in Ledra street, the most popular shopping and restaurant area and just behind the bus station). It has a great gym with many machines and everything new, a wonderful outdoors swimming pool with a beautiful,quiet terrace which makes it nicer. The staff was nice and helpfull. I think the best hotel if you look for quality/good location.

I did not like at all the breakfast. It was really bad. They not only offered the same kind of food everyday, but also the same pieces during the whole week!! The only eatable were the croissants. The milk was bitter the last day. It is a nonsense for such a good hotel. But I still would strongly recommend it because all the rest was very good.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location - close to shops, restaurants and nightlife. Rooms clean and comfortable.

Conveniently located for a visit of the old city. Goosd staff. Good free parking.

Breakfast could be improved. Repair works were disturbing our morning wake up. Room rate a bit expensive for the room size.

Located just within the city walls, this place is both perfectly located and very clean. A few euros extra when compared to my usual budget. But the place includes swimming pool and gym.
