location of hotel was too far from Town of Larnaca, not many places to explore in the surrounding area, no night life near the hotel, taxi fares were very high

Peaceful & relaxing. Quiet and discrete, clean, spacious

Food lack choices, did not tell you about all the extra charges E.G. sauna, steam room, jacuzzi. , facilities could do with an upgrade, one particular staff was rude.

Staff was very helpful with information and the food for breakfast had a great rang to choose from.Value for money.

I think the bath needed maintanance it had cracked tiles and the Bar fridge you had to get the key if you wanted to use which I thought it was strange .

No signage around to show facilities. Drab rooms and facilities. tried to get a massage and staff not very helpfull. Price of Beer too high.

The staff aren't fantastic. The staff at the Lordos next door are so much friendlier. We spent more time over there.

Never made breakfast, 10:30 would have been better. Also free wi fi would have been nice and most hotels of Sandy Beach caliber already offer.

The staff is not what you expect at a 4* Hotel. Although mostly friendly, because the staff is mostly seasonal, they lack the attention to details, what actually the difference between 3* services and 4* services is. I got the feeling like all of them were beginners and did not exactly know their way around the customers.

it is directly on a sandy beach as the name suggests. Nice food available at the tavern and it was relaxing to have a drink at the outside bar in the evening.

there was some issue with the airconditioning leaking water, but a technician was sent around the following morning and fixed this.

The Staff were excellent. Everything was great except for the internet.

The process of vouchers for the internet was annoying. The logout was an http url which had to be typed in each time, which on a mobile is not easy. So if you missed something the credit was used up, even if you thought you had time remaining. No more than one deviced was allowed for each voucher, so spent time finding vouchers and login on and off. The internet was a poor offer for such a good hotel.

Rooms extremely clean. Staff friendly and professional. Wonderful atmosphere of hotel, lovely beds around the pool. The hotel has been refurbished and is decorated lovely. Would definitely recommend!!!

The noise from the corridor and other rooms was very loud, doors slamming all night as if your door was wide open.

4 Star is a vastly over rated category for this hotel. We were there for one night only and the room was adequate. Dining room for breakfast was shabby and the breakfast buffet was average. Location / local outside environment was scruffy with odours of blocked drains. Car parking spaces - insufficient.

We stayed there twice, in 2009 and 2012. And it's still perfect! The location is suberb: if you look for a beach holiday, that's the one. Quite far from Larnaca (15 min drive), but that's the only way to get a nice, clean, not overcrowded beach. The hotel is perfect in every way: spacious yet cozy rooms, friendly staff, fresh and delicious breakfast with vast fruit selection. But our favourite place was the bar: fabulous armchairs in the inside garden, tender romantic live music.. Unforgettable!

Nice beach, great pools. Awesome local restaurants in walking distance from the hotel.

The big swimming pool and comfortable double size sun beds.

It was partly renovated recently and the old and new element didn't make sence together. Even though the rooms were renovated the bathroom and the tv was old style. The rest of the hotel areas were cobining new furniture but the bulding itself was old. Cleanliness in general was average.

Dreadful decor on ground floor -the white polystyrene castle and goldfish bowls with plastic green balls - really give the impression of a very cheap and down-market hotel
